Republicans are using a variation of the old slogan to attack the president in the form of this smear campaign.

Hey 5Cats liberals got a similar bumper sticker

In a funny way I agree with both bumber stickers though. Mainstream liberals and conservatives got their own flavors of Kool-Aid, and heads up asses.

[quote">Yes. We are gonna wake-up from the nightmare of the last 4 years and see we have a real president.[/quote">

The nightmare`s been going on for ten times longer than that.

If the Republicans would just stick to their small govt principles and dump the theocrats already, I`d vote for them in a heart beat.
Fortunately, I got Ron Paul.

Four years of Obama hasn`t even begun to erase the taint of eight years of president mushmouth. The republican party is off the rails. We cannot afford another republican chicken hawk in the white house.

"Yes. We are gonna wake-up from the nightmare of the last 4 years and see we have a real president."

sorry but we woke up for the nightmare your guy bush created along with all the other republicans in the 8 years you ruled this country.

in that times you started two wars to the tune of 3 trillion dollars, created a larger gov then we have ever had before and destoryed the world`s economy and someone made the rich richer than ever before.

your party is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen and I know plenty of democrats...that is saying a lot pal.

republicans

the only party that can have near total power in the gov for 8 years, totally wreck things here and around the world and then somehow magically blame the black guy for it all...

well, unfortunately republicans, I do remember what things looked liked under your "leadership" and since you guys are too stupid to elect Ron all I can say is you have more than proven what complete and total morons you are when it comes to governing.

there will likely never come a day again when I will vote for a republican...two failed wars and a destroyed economy that wiped out the middle class but somehow mad the rich even richer means REPUBLICANS cannot EVER BE TRUSTED AGAIN.

Yeah I`m not sure what it is with these Cons of a Certain Age, I think it`s reflexive, Pavlovian. After all, as kids they were instilled with a deep fear of anything having to do with The Big Bad Bear. At any moment their whole world could`ve been vaporized by the Soviets and that would`ve been it, that`s all folks!

Even today, when The Big Bad Bear is nothing but bleached bones it`s still what most ensures a doughy pant load.

Can I get an AMEN from fellow End of Cold War generation kids?

Tu quoque. I never said that only conservatives do it, all I said is that YOU did it there and you`re full of sh*t. If you bothered to read my whole comment you would have seen that I said liberals insinuating Romney is a Godfather-esque criminal was ALSO LUDICROUS, as is whatever pic thing you just posted. Don`t add to the nonsense. If every conservative jumped off a bridge would you do it too?

`"FORWARD" as used on a banner of Lenin & Stalin

patchgrabber-"You`re connecting invisible dots."

You mean like Liberals attempted to claim an invisble connection of THIS dot:

to THIS dot:
?

Or is invisible dot connecting just allowed to non-conservatives?

You`re connecting invisible dots.

It`s like me saying Romney`s "I believe in America" slogan means he`s a shady criminal because that`s the opening line in The Godfather. Basically, both are ridiculous so stop insinuating Obama is a commie because everyone knows he isn`t.

"Republicans are gonna have a huge wake-up come November. Deservedly of course."

That really depends on if Obama can get the youth to actually make the effort to vote. It doesn`t help having the youth vote if they don`t actually vote.

Oho yeah I`ve heard of this RW meme, Obama`s super secret commie communiques super secretly hid in his campaign slogans.

I`m pretty sure commies also used other threatening verbiage like, "And" and "The" too fellas. Get on that won`t ya?

It`s real easy to make fun of his slogans as his campaign is not real swift on choosing them.

"FORWARD": Gee, that`s familiar: `"FORWARD" as used on a banner of Lenin & Stalin or "Forward to the victory of Communism!" or "Forward to Victory" (Lenin banner) or "Let`s march forward under the banner of Mao Zedong" or "Foward to communism"..all used on posters or banner advocating communism.

Remember "Winning The Future"? As in "WTF"?

So he, and his campaign, are just REALLY bad at being sly, or just incompetent.

Their main problem is they think the public is a bunch if idiots. When it concerns those voting for him, they`re right.

This, in relation to him firing his openly gay campaign spokesperson I thought was pretty hilarious.

@Buiadh: There are some IABers who simple vote 1 for every "right wing" post, and I suppose 4 for the "lefty" ones, sight unseen.

You know what Obama`s REAL slogan is? FOREWARD lolz!

!!!!! $10.00 EACH!!!! Say what you want about the president, but that`s like 10x`s what a bumper sticker should cost. Who`s really taking advantage of gullible Americans.

Yep. Smear campaign. That is all politicians do these days. They can`t prove they are better than the other dude so they dig up dirt and make crap up to smear the other guy. Repubs and demo`s are each equally as guilty. Once again during this election we will get the choice of a giant douchebag and a pile of poo.

It`s just too bad Mitt Romney is the John Kerry of the republican party. I think their fates will end up being the same. It`s funny they blame Obama for broken promises (like that`s a surprise), and they are right that he didn`t deliver on a lot of what he said he would, but the reasons WHY are an issue of contention still, but Romney has been the biggest flip-flopper I`ve ever seen. The guy will say/do anything to get what he wants.

In short, pot meets kettle.
