"damn, that guy needs to learn how to properly use punctuation or parenthesis or SOMETHING."

I`m not trying to discredit the humor in this, but that sentence has nothing wrong with it other than using the word "And" at the beginning. "A minor" and "Fingering" are both very common music/guitar terms that (as unfortunately hilarious as it may sound) will unavoidably be used in the same sentence in music/guitar lessons.

If it`s tuned down, you might need to use 4 fingers to finger a minor. Plus you need the thumb to pin down the back of the neck while you do it.

@boogarcym:
Sometimes you need four fingers to finger a minor. Just depends on where you put them ;)

What? I used to finger a minor all the time. I still finger a minor all the time. When I was teaching, I had kids coming in and we used to finger a minor together.
