@theshgn2 I love how you just assume I`m a christian. I`m not by any means. I`m just stating that he violated the separation of church from state. Secondly, I would not vote for anyone that would take rights away from a group of people in an unjust manner. Thirdly, name which president. Fourthly, I referring to bowing before the Saudi King, which I find to be very unbecoming for the "leader of the free world".

The economy and the U.S. national debt are the biggest problems down south.....the rest pale in comparison. Obama playing the "decider" card on issues like gay marriage is really just a diversion.

Works well, btw....

I submit LOTS OF STUFF!

That does NOT mean I need a "dare" to submit non-political things.
Also the first to declare America a muslim nation. First president to bow down to a foreign leader (he has done so many times). First president to fire a CEO. First president to appoint Czars (this one just sounds fishy). Must I go on?
I`m sure you`re one of those people who believes he is a Muslims, so logic will probably not work with you, but here goes. Obama is a Christian, his pastor even created a scandal with his craziness. Even if Obama was a Muslim, that has nothing to do with anything because America has a separation of church and state, which should (but doesn`t) keep religion out of the government. You wouldn`t vote for a president who would take away Christians` rights, but you would (I assume) vote for one that would take away Muslims` rights, yet you believe America is a free and just nation. He is also not the first President to fire a CEO. Lastly, refusing to bow to a Asian is the same as refusing to shake an American`s hand, it`s just rude.

It`s "crazy" to pay attention to 330 million people you live right next door to?

@markust: Just admit defeat, c`mon, you can do it!
I DID answer your question, no need to skip around that truth, is there?

"I did answer that: "EVERYTHING the USA does affects Canada!" EVERYTHING! Get it? From MSM bigotry to Obama`s vacations: we Canadians have to keep a sharp eye on the 800-pound Gorilla, it`s called survival!"

Why didn`t you just say you were crazy in the first place? It would have saved us so much time.

@stk5m: Actually Reagan was the first "Czar" appointer, he had 4 I think. The following Presidents all had some too.
Obama however, has appointed MORE than the previous presidents combined. Many in charge of things that should require Congressional approval, which he (illegally) bypasses.

I did answer, if you don`t like that answer: tough titties!

"What question have I not answered in your opinion? Please to be specific"

The only one I have been asking, "Why do you follow sensational American politics? It is a simple question. I am not talking about things that affect Canada like the pipeline or our economy. I am talking about ridiculous things like the president`s birth certificate or American news magazine`s calling him the First Gay President."

5cats is as Canadian as I am Australian, that`s my theory.

Also LAWL @ Avatar- that`s like saying Romney is a Hindu that eats beef due to his strict observance of Hinduism.

@canusuk:Trade with Greece isn`t 50% of Canada`s economy? Was that a trick question?

What goes on in Greece should be a warning to ALL other nations: don`t spend so damn much!
There, happy now?

@markust: Sorry, but in truth you are comming across as a dick. I`d be glad to change my opinion on that though! I think you`re a better person than that.
I DID give a reason: Both our cultures are flooded by the MSM every day!
@nubblins started the name calling and finger pointing.

It`s FUNNY that the US MSM claims all these rediculous "firsts" for Obama! After all, he`s NOT the "first black president" eh? That was Clinton... ;-)

I don`t know why your panties are all in a knot over it... lets try to remain on-topic, k?

5 Cats-OK Keystone, as you said we will pipe the oil to China for more money, we (Canada) don`t lose 1 job it is the US that looses them-besides Obama is only delaying it to pander to the environmentalist vote-there is nothing boring about the politics of commmon sense, even when applied to american politics the media will sensationalize it-if you care so much about global politics why aren`t you venting on Greece???
I can`t think of any other good reason.
Obama`s policies cost Canada hundreds of jobs?
Canada`s economy is directly linked to the USA`s?
We`ve been peacefully helping one another since 1816?

Really @nubblins, I`d say you just cannot think at all.

Start flame wars? At IAB!!! Oh, that`s NEVER happened unless a Canadian does it! (ffs)

No, actually you didn`t give a reason 5Cats you just attacked the people asking the questions. Why do you follow sensational American politics? It is a simple question. I am not talking about things that affect Canada like the pipeline or our economy. I am talking about ridiculous things like the president`s birth certificate or American news magazine`s calling him the First Gay President. I hope I am not coming off as a dick here. I am just curious.

Why? Because you submit links like this or comment on anything that could be political and turn it into a flame war. But why? I guess it`s just because you like to debate, and Canadian politics are so goddamn dull that you rather poke your nose over here. I can`t think of any other good reason.

@markust & @nubblins: I JUST GAVE a perfect example of why it affects BOTH Canada and the USA! It`s hardly "sensationalism" to state that by killing the Keystone Pipeline (for NO good reason) Obama cost 100`s of jobs in both Canada and the USA!
It`s a fact!
Are you both incapable of reading?

@markust: BS my ass, why so full of hate bro?

@nubblins: You don`t follow Canadian politics? Fine! Why should you care if I follow yours? It`s no skin off your teeth, eh?

BS 5Cats. You follow the sensational stories that don`t really even affect Americans let alone Canadians. You`re even a Birther. Why? I don`t get it.

I`m not ignorant. I just don`t care about Canadian politics. I could go ahead and read about your Prime Minister and bitch about how I don`t agree with this or that, but since it`s not MY country, I feel like my efforts would be better used here where my vote actually matters.

You don`t vote in my elections, so why should I give a drat about your opinion of my President?

@Buiadh: yeah I`ve glad he`s down there in the USA, and not ruining Canada! lolz!

@canusuk: We have to follow Yank politics eh? Ours are soooo dull...

@markust: Seriously? You`re not that ignorant, like @nubblins, are you?
EVERYTHING the USA does affects Canada! In the 20`s you enact Prohibition? So do we! Your stock market crashes? So does ours! You have a great depression? So do we!
On and on it goes!
So don`t give me that "Ooooo you`re Canadian what do YOU care?" crapola! Keystone Pipeline ring a bell? Obama killed it himself! Personally! Now we`ll sell our oil to China, for more money to boot!

We Canucks will lolz all the way to the bank...

Seriously 5Cats, why do you care about American politics and have such disdain for the American president? I like Canada but don`t know who your Prime Minister is. I could care less what your government does.

5Cats..
You`re like a nosy neighbor that cares way too much about other people`s business.

Also, with an owner like Rupert Murdoch, it`s not like FNC has much street cred, either. They`re both just political channels. It`s just the way it is. If you rather have someone pander to your views, just watch Fox News. Pointing out that MSNBC has a liberal slant is just stating the obvious.

This is NOT "Obama Bashing" ok?
It`s pointing out the rediculous hyperbole the MSM showers Obama with.
Honestly, if "the right" said poo like this we`d be laughed out of town...

*sigh*
@nubblins: Both are cultures are flooded every day by the MSM, ok? The nonsense they spout is taken as `gospel` by many, on both sides of the political fense!

Meh, the media is just lazy sometimes. They`re looking for something to sell to their readership. They add "gate" to the end of every tiny little scandal, even though it only ever made sense in the context of Watergate, because it`s catchy and because people respond to it.
