40,000 year old baby? Hogwash! According to the Creationist Geological Timescale, that Mammoth has only been extinct for 4.7 years!

What? But I thought the world was only a little over 2,000 years old! Do you mean to tell me that my conservative, Catholic parents, and THE ONLY-FILLED-WITH-TRUTH Bible-y book lied to me????

Well, God gives and God takes! Nobody knows why! Weird though that Noah, Jesus and co. decided to bring this little hornblower onboard the ark, have him walk around for a couple thousand years and then remove him. Maybe he used his horn to well... "blow his horn?" Masturbation is no joke according to the Bible (maybe not so today, but definitely at this mammoth`s age) since science don`t have an explanation I can comprehend, it must be God punishing this little wanker.

Don`t be condescending. Nobody said the earth was 2,000 yrs old. That was just when Jesus was born. He wasn`t born in Eden. The bible tells us that the earth is roughly 6,500 years old.

Whats the point in cloning, you cant reintroduce a species with one gender specific strand of DNA. Get a mammoth of the opposite sex then were talking.

This has been on display since 2009-2010. I did a research paper on it my freshman year of college and it happened to be at the Field Museum in Chicago around the same time.
