"He`s nowhere near as fast as the Swedish ghost rider. Mind you, Australians are godawful bad (and slow) drivers, so that`s possibly understandable, you gotta be even more aware of surroundings."

It`s Victoria, BC Canada... Not Australia

I missed the part where this Ef-Tard runs into the back of the car with the young Mom driving, and the baby on board, and kills them..
I personally don`t see any difference between driving like this on a pubic road, and pointing a loaded gun at someone`s head, and think jack-asses that pull crap like this should just be put down..and for what it`s worth, I`m a biker myself...

Only a matter of time with all his speed and weaving that it is clear when another driver looks and changes lanes but it`s right where he`s cutting across 3 lanes. Then he`ll find out just how spread out a human body can become.

@logandaninja

"I think like should feel bad because I don`t value my life or anybody else life. There is just something wonderful about having a life a risk, it makes me feel real."

This biker isn`t just putting his/her own life at risk. He/she is risking the lives of all the other motorists on that road.

Risk your life on a closed track, where the only person you`ll hurt is yourself, ffs.

@Angilion "almost certain" is a degree of probable. We`re both saying the same thing, except you`re having trouble with the english language.
He`s nowhere near as fast as the Swedish ghost rider.
The speedo shows about the same speed, which is about the maximum speed of a production road bike. So you seem to be wrong.
What an f-ing moron. Hopefully this video will get him arrested and his licence revoked.
The person strongly suspected of being the rider doesn`t have a license. It was revoked for one of the dozens of motoring offences they`ve been found guilty of.
Come on now. The police may not have enough evidence to charge him, but that does not mean everyone doesn`t know that it was him on the bike. Don`t be obtuse.
I don`t know it was him. Neither do you. Neither does anyone else apart from whoever was riding the bike.

Would I bet money on it being him on the bike? Yes, I would.

Does that mean I *know* it was him? No, it doesn`t.

You`re assuming knowledge you don`t have. That`s not a sound basis for judging guilt.
yes, that`s how the criminal justice system works. At least the ones were you have to prove guilt.
Decent ones are "almost certaint" rather than "probably". Which is why nobody has been charged with this crime. They have "almost certainit" regarding the bike, so the owner can be fined, but they have only "probably" regarding the rider, so nobody can be convicted of a criminal offense.

I think that`s how it should be. I`d hate to live under your criminal justice system, where people could be convicted without proof beyond reasonable doubt. "Probable" is good enough to justify a search warrant. It`s not good enough to justify a conviction.

Most police don`t even give chase to these guys. Moving recklessly at an extremely high rate of speed with little regard for other`s safety, the police, or your own safety. I salute you, sir, from my grandpa car, doing the speed limit.
apparently you did not read your own link. The woman who the bike was registered to do was ticketed, but it was her SON (yes, SON) who was driving.
Apparently no-one else read it either.

The link was very clear in stating that it was unknown who the rider was.

That`s hardly surpising since all the police have to go on is eyewitnesses briefly glimpsing a figure concealed by clothing and helmet, video of parts of gloved hands and two suspects who are not co-operating with the police.

Given past history, it`s probable that the son is the rider, but it`s not certain. Do you jail people for probably?

That irony in his situation is that he did not have a driver`s licence, therefore no organ donor sticker.

@tnarean: Actually, the rider is a dude, and the owner is his Mommy. (Mother-of-year award, I-A-B?) But thx for the link. it`s good to know they`re busted.

@tnaran
The driver was NOT a woman but a young man with a pile of driving offenses under his belt. His mother is the registered owner of the bike.
For those wondering where "Victoria Highway" is, this a actually the Island Highway on Vancouver Island.

I`m always seeing people around here with bumper stickers that say to watch out for motorcycles. Those stickers annoy me because most of the time when motorcycles are involved in wrecks it`s morons like this that are riding them.

shame on all you people criticizing him! Don`t you know that the only reason he`s going that fast is to get that jar of pink slime to the ghost busters before it`s too late.

Go ahead and risk your own life, it`s yours to do with as you please in my opinion, when you start risking other peoples because you want a thrill, you have officially crossed over to dbaggery and should be beaten, severely.

I`d say his death is long overdue.
