    The hot oil vapourises the water on contact and the spray atomises the oil into a fine mist in the air and that combusts. Simple and clever.

    Doing it 3 feet from customers, not so clever.

    And get this nobody tips.

    Come to Aus, generally we don`t here either because minimum wage isn`t like $4 an hour. its still pretty pooty though, but most wait staff are paid well above that because the `tip` is factored into the cost of all the food items on a menu so that enough money is made from the sales to actually pay the wait staff a liveable income.
