Can anyone vouch for all 10? Most of them seem feasible, but there are a couple I"m not too sure of.

I forgot to rinse my hair once, I was at school and it rained. The aroma of Dandruff shampoo filled the air. Oh yeah, And I had foam in my hair! :)

I often forget if I rinsed out the hair conditioner because I put it in and then wash my body. My showers are only a couple minutes but I`m busy thinking about other things. I also forget if I put on deodorant because I do it on automatic. I just try to force myself to pay attention so I won`t drive myself crazy wondering later. Ditto with closing the garage door when I go away on a trip.

The one about laughing to win an argument really works.
But it has more to do with the fact that i suffer from sudden outbursts of laughter than with me being good at arguments.

who doesn`t remember shampooing? seriously, take shorter showers, its not like read you`re taking a vacation, you`re going in with a clear goal; clean.

also, if there is an island in a maze, you`re drated.

some of these are neat-o-rific though, like the one with the asian and the game of golf.

I tried to check if I`d shampooed, but my hair kept coming out. On the upside, I don`t need to shampoo anymore.

Also, if I put things in the first place I looked for them, I`d have a huge pile of stuff on the floor next to my bed.

also, number seven does not work if there is a goal (say, treasure) in the center (or some random location in the maze) as well as an exit to the maze. But it`s great if you just want to go from entrance to exit in a quick and surefire manner.

I use number seven all the time. corn mazes, skyrim, paper mazes. It works like a charm. It kinda breaks mazes though..

LOL! Took the words out of my mouth! "Having Alzheimers in the shower...?"

BTW, #7 only works in some maze designs. One can easily make one with disconnected walls that foil this old trick.

7. The maze hack only works reliably if you do it from the beginning. An interior wall might not be connected to the exit, in which case you will just end up walking around in a rather convoluted circle.

9. ...or put it back where you found it. Then you AND the person who put it there will be able to find it next time.

Who the hell can`t remember if they shampooed their hair in the shower? Do these people exist? And don`t give me that "tired in the morning crap", I`m a walking zombie in the mornin`

For 7 Blue Peter taught me left, but I don`t suppose it makes much difference if you start at the beginning.

#5. If you cannot remember if you shampooed your hair, how long have you been beating off for?

#8. If you pay for everything in cash, your credit score is probably "imaginary".

7 works with standard 2D maze only when you are entering it. In many games it won`t work because you may be spawned at a random place deep inside of a maze.

I don`t believe #1. If I don`t like someone and they ask to borrow a pencil, I`ll probably just stab them with it. Even if I let them borrow it, it won`t make me like them more.

@tatripp Actually, it is true for most standard mazes. To make it not work, very specific things have to happen, like the "exit" being in the middle of the maze and the maze being non-perfect, the maze being 3d but non-layered, or the maze spanning an infinite space.

Yes they all work, except the maze one sometimes, that`s why you need a way to mark places in it. Take a piece of chalk or a small piece of brightly colored string or ribbon so that if you`re on an island in the maze you know if you`re going in circles.

#3 - I do that all the time, no matter how serious the argument I eventually end up laughing!

#5 - Umm... I`ve fried a lot of brain cells with drugs & alcohol in the past but my short term memory is no where near THAT bad. If you can`t remember what you did 2 mins ago then you got serious problems.

#8 - I`ve heard many "Experts" say carrying cash actually makes you spend more but they`re full of sh*t as far as I`m concerned. Physically seeing the wad of cash dwindling away always makes me curb how much I`m spending.

#10 - I`m always 15 mins early to EVERYTHING! That`s thanks to Uncle Sam & the Marine Corps. If you`re told to be somewhere at 0600 and you`re not there by 0545 then you`re getting your a$$ chewed.

The maze one only definitely works if either it`s a perfect maze (that is, there is only one path between every two locations without backtracking), or if the exit is on the outside. So, it might not work on a non-perfect maze where the goal is somewhere in the middle.

Not sure about the pencil trick, lemon juice will fade SOME freckles- but may also bleach skin and give you a sore spot- try with caution. As for being early- that is certain....I am always early!

I believe all of them except the maze one. If there is an "island" in the maze (walls that don`t connect to the exit), you`ll just circle it and never leave.

Number 1 seems kinda silly though.
