babies know how to chew, they don`t need canine instruction or guidance.

@Scuzoid

Chewing on the nylabones is something you should encourage. It`s good for their teeth, and can lengthen their lives.

But I agree with the children half. They`re boring empty shells until you teach them and they experience things, which is pretty much how existence works.

Next pissing on the furniture, chewing slippers and shagging your leg.

Those dogs weren`t teaching it how to chew. They were simply just chewing on the bones of the parent`s former children.

"Or maybe they you know, actually love their kid and pets and enjoy spending time with them. Just a thought."

Please. Love doesn`t make babies or pets interesting. They`re dumb animals until YOU teach them to be otherwise. There`s nothing remotely fascinating about a 6mo who just poops, eats, and sleeps all day, likewise with a lazy dog who just wants to chew on a nylabone for eight hours straight.

I wonder if someday, my lunatic Pug/Cavalier mix will teach my future baby to lay on it`s back and wrestle it`s own face until it`s so angry it needs to stop. ...and yes, my dog really does this.
