Gerry: Two slices of toast on the bottom, either two slices of ham or two hamburger patties, covered with krinkle cut french fries, welsh rarebit (cheese) sauce, and the one pictured below is sprinkled with diced onions and bacon.

I think it`s a dish that appeals to anorexics `cuz it leaves you lighter after eating it.

@leesah: Exactly. One more coal power plant will be the straw that breaks the back of our air quality, one more drum of toxic waste is going to ruin our rivers, and a single tree cut down in the rainforest is going to destroy the whole ecosystem. Sarcasm is fun! I was pointing out a wasteful trend of a non-renewable resource, dummy.

"It`s because of stupid crap like this that we`re going to have a helium shortage."

LOL YEAH the ONE tank this restaurant is going to have sitting around for the occasional foodie who can indulge in a sugar balloon is going to tip the iceberg of helium shortage after the annual Thanksgiving parades. You`re adorable.

If you like this sort of thing, this is the sort of thing you`ll like.
Me, I like gravy on my french fries.

I sense bitter disdain from this description and I don`t understand why it`s towards something so cool.

Why? What`s the attraction in eating a helium balloon? And what does one pay for such dubious fare? I`d have figured this to be served in la-la- L.A., but in CHICAGO?!!?
