all he does all day long is exercise.
Rubbish. 700 pressups is maybe 15 minutes for someone in his condition. He probably spends 30 minutes a day exercising. Certainly less than an hour. So that`s maybe 1 TV program he doesn`t half-watch while slobbing out on the sofa.

What I can`t understand is why we have to be down on him. Even if he dosen`t have a job that doesn`t discredit his hard work and dedication. I mean look at ll tge people who are unemplyed if thats all it took to look like that then we wouldn;t have the obesity problem we have in the us. It`t not like he could wake up on his 60th birthday and say "hey today I`m gonna get ripped" he had to work to get that way before he started aging and he probably has to work harder now that he is older.

Quite the trade-off. Good physique or personality? This guy`s as interesting as the bar he`s doing chin-ups on.

@patchgrabber, all BCAAs except for leucine are bullcrap, his muscles are in a catabolic state after his workout, because the body will repair that damaged tissue with new stronger ones. And theres no specific time for protein, you must eat 6-8 small meals a day to give your body the protein it needs to rebuild the muscle. And 40-60 grams of that thing you´re talking about? He weighs between 190-200 lb so he´d need about 90 grams of carbs (60 grams of waxy maize has about 50 carbs). And theres no squat racks in the park :-).

@bataleon27: isn`t it odd having a 74 year old dad at only 26? I`m 22 and mine is 60. I thought that was quite old for a dad.

Yes, he is old but what can ya do..Iam here becuase of him LOL...you really cant pick who your parents are..so no matter what the age difference is..they are gonna be your parents no matter what.In my case, my father is up there in age.. and yes it does feel a bit odd to know my father was a young boy in world war2..lol..but, like I said you cant pick who you were born to..

"he cant be retired? my grandparents are in their 80s and they are retired...they dont work at all and the government "feeds" them...way to keep up the racism ya prick :|"
I would have said the same thing if he was a white park bum. You over sensitive racism whore.

Time for some broscience. He`s gotta slam 40-60 grams of waxy maize plus 20 grams of BCAA within 7 seconds of finishing his last set of squat rack curls. Otherwise, he`d go straight catabolic.

That`s awesome - it`s nice to see someone in shape from just regular exercise and not shake weights and ab rollers and all the crazy gizmos and machines they try to covnince people they need to get fit.

I work 40+ hours a week, and if I used my time for training instead of leisure, I`d have plenty.
Uh I got a job, cant hang out in a park all day.
You work 7 days a week? Bet you don`t. Besides, when did he say he hangs out in a park all day?
Does he have a f*cking job?
He`s certainly good-looking enough to be a prostitute, but that`s probably not what you meant.

There are plenty of people who work full time and have enough time for training. It`s not impossible. It`s not even difficult, unless you work silly hours. That cyclist I mentioned earlier used to work 50 hours a week, train *and* compete and that`s in cycling, which obviously takes far more time than weight training.

The muscles hardly make up for the lack of teeth and the fact that he speaks so poorly that they actually had to use subtitles.

You can stay this ripped without ever touching steroids, or weights.

Look at Herschel Walker, he`s almost 50 and alot more shredded than anyone you`ll see who`s not on steroids.

But that`s what thousands of push ups and sit ups a day will do for you :P

That amount of mass and definition is something guys are striving for in their 20s-30s. It`s insane he is built like that at 60 and from only using push-ups, pull-ups, and dips.
You ever see someone exercising crack a smile? Nope, they are too busy looking like they are being tortured.
The only time I`ve smiled more than after exercise is when I had morphine. I`ve had a few recreational drugs and none of them were better than an exercise high. LSD was better overall for sheer weirdness, but hard exercise gets me laughing madly at the ceiling like a loony.

This guy has an impressive figure for 60, but it`s not unbelievable for natural exercise without steroids. It looks to me like the result a decent diet and a lot of exercise over a long period of time, nothing more.

I don`t know if "fit" is the right word, though. Muscularity isn`t fitness - that`s more cardiovascular. Which you can also sustain into old age - I used to work with a guy who raced up Alpe d`Huez on a bike several times, into his 60s.

He does some great compound exercises (dips, pushups and pullups) so his upper body does get a great workout. Combine that hard work with healthy eating habits, and you can look like him at the age of 60 too!

wow so much for a joke. i was going to go with the, "he made good use of his time in prison", but i thought THAT would get the backlash. It is true that i assume people with bodies like his used roids, even though i wouldnt know one way or the other.

@imnakdjumpme...you`re clearly one of those people who looks the polar opposite of this. i`m sure whenever you come across someone that looks like this, "steroids" is the first thing to pop into your head.
firstly... the man clearly works hard, doing over 3000 push ups a week.
second...being a 60 year old black man who works out in jeans on pieces of wood in a city park probably isn`t making much cash. steroids aren`t cheap.
so instead of judging the man, get your fat ass off the couch because you`re probably repulsive. go eat some celery.

At most he had protein shakes to help build his body up more, but that is not a steriod body. Suck it man-boob Arnold!

Besides, if he took roids all the time, he would probably be in a wheelchair at 60, or worse.

That`s not a body made with roids. He`d look a lot more like arnold schwarzenegger.

@imnakdjumpme You can tell by looking at him that there is no steroid usuage. Don`t be a hater cause a 60 year old man is in better shape then you.

My excuse? I`m happy being fat.

You ever see a fat guy eating a chicken leg? Grinnin from ear to ear...

You ever see someone exercising crack a smile? Nope, they are too busy looking like they are being tortured.

That is my excuse.
