They forgot the bit where the son chat`s with a pedophile while Mom is busy researching "Chlorophorm" on her shopping site. Dad is busy with his daddy-parts live on the webcam.

How do they predict these things? It`s funny that that was so foreign an idea to them and now it`s so advanced we`re doing all those things on a laptop the size of a notebook.

MY thoughts exactly @LillianDulci! The Internet would have caught on much faster had they concentrated on those things!

I thought that was depressing - in the future, we`ll just sit alone behind computers, never leaving our houses, only interacting with children and spouses through a monitor, all while listening to smooth jazz.

A few rather strange errors. Firstly they had typewriters then, so why did they expect the messages sent over the internet to be hand written?
And secondly by this point computers were multifunction devices, so why do they have a different computer for each function?
Seems very strange that in predicting the future they ignored technology they already had.
