That was a little ridiculous.. Looked way too much like Manswers. However, it`d be nice to have a President again with some GOD DAMN BALLS. Going to foreign countries and acting like a wimp, poo talking your own country and apologizing, is much too weak for my tastes.

That`s pretty bad ass. And badass != correct.

Although it`s not like you have anyone else to vote for. You people are crazy.

Also, of course Ron Paul approves this message. No sh*t. There`s no need to say that at the end.

Actually, it some sort of legal requirement, I think. Otherwise they could say that they never authorized it. Not that you can`t put that at the end without them knowing, but that`s our system at work.

Shgn, people are against the Dept of Education because they don`t actually do anything but soak up money. They don`t pay for a single teacher or school. Nothing. Those are paid by local property tax. DOE started in the late 60s to make sure all schools got integrated fairly. Mission accomplished, shut it down.

The Dept of Education is like most federal departments: a bureaucracy that serves only itself.

You think we need federal direction and control to educate kids? Look at the RESULTS of DoE policies - are we better or worse off than when Carter expanded their power?

An ad for Ron Paul as President is like an ad for eating right and exercising. Yeah, It`s a great idea, but there`s no way in Hell Americans are going to do it. This ad was a waste of money. If Americans were smart enough to understand what IS happening to them, they would not have let it happen to them in the first place.

Quite honestly, the number of U.S. politicians out there that I can stomach is so few I can count them on one paw (and Obama`s not one of them). I see little way out of this mess, sad to say. The American political process is hopelessly broken.

Department of education exists to achieve equal access and prepare students for global competitiveness. It never had national educational standards until a dumb republican named GWB came along and invented NCLB which in fact does the exact the opposite of it`s name.
Ron Paul is the only legitimate republican candidate that could challenge Obama. But he needs a democratic house to keep some of his craziness in check. The department of education is a necessary requirement of our federal government because uneducated rednecks can`t be trusted with such an important task. They prove it every time they (and Ron Paul) suggest "evolution is just a theory".

Ron Paul sounds great from the cover but you need to read the whole book. His standing on the war and on foreign affairs is downright frightening. If you believe there is no enemies that want to do us wrong go right ahead and vote for him. But if there is so much as one foreign group or country that wants us destroyed, he will get us all killed. PLEASE DON`T VOTE BLINDLY! Do your research!

Why does the Federal Government need to be responsible for education? Why can`t states govern themselves? The fed is supposed to be limited only to a very few responsibilities specifically established in the constitution. Let individual states decide what works for them. That way no "dumb republican," or dumb democrat for that matter, can screw up the education system for the whole country. That is whats great about the united STATES of america.

That is because of our EXHAUSTIVE interventionist efforts. They don`t hate >us< they hate IT when we GET INVOLVED. Ron Paul does not want to cripple the military, rather he wants the top brass to make serious priorities on a smaller budget. They can`t do that with the inflated one they got.

We got problems because it IS controlled by the government. Maybe private schools don`t do much better but perhaps the question is: who needs school and who doesn`t? Many things can be learned without ANY formal training whatsoever. Different communities have different needs. Creationism wouldn`t be such an issue if everyone is just allowed to do their own thing (hell the Creationist-tards would actually learn how faulty their own "science" is).

However, if you want TRUE change, a balanced budget, to get out of international conflicts and get rid of this massive bureaucracy than vote Ron Paul 2012!

I feel Herman Cain "was" the best candidate, now my hope lies with Michele Bachmann. She is the only other real conservative that gets the big picture in my book. Even if you do like Ron Paul, he is way too extreme to ever win an election. Most Americans consider themselves centrists they fall more in the middle. With the exception of Obama no extremist has ever come close to winning an election. Since Ron paul doesn`t have a skin color, sex, or even pop culture advantage, he will be disregarded every time. maybe unfortunate to some people but true. Most Americans are simpletons who don`t follow politics anyway just SNL.

It`s like going on a diet. You`ve been abusing your metabolism for too long and now you are on the brink of diabetes, you have high blood pressure, and can hardly walk right, but you still can`t accept the fact that you are going to have to cut out the desserts for a few years and get up on the treadmill if you hope to survive.

Ron Paul is that doctor who tells you all the truths you don`t want to hear. It`s time for a strict diet and exercise program.

Obama is just as bad as Bush if not worse. The two party system has failed us, that is why everyone needs to support Dr. Ron Paul for this election. He is just running as a Republican because if he didn`t he wouldn`t get invited to any debates or get any tv coverage whatsoever. The only 3rd party candidate to ever get such coverage is Ross Perot and that is because he is a billionaire

is currently the most crucial issue of our day. Above all, don`t vote for ANY third party, because the priority is to get rid of the treasonous Democrats who are leading the US toward open dictatorship.

He wants to pull the troops out of all foreign nations. It saves a ton of money and keeps our military from being spread out. How is that crazy? If you are worried about the Middle Eastern countries attacking us you are over exaggerating. Iran can`t even make its own gasoline and doesn`t have an air force so how are they going to all of a sudden get a nuke and blow us up? I don`t see us worrying about China or Russia and all of their nukes. I`m fed up with Neo cons and I`m fed up with Liberals who pretend that Obama is changing bush`s foreign policy at all.

drat yeah for legalizing drugs. For real. I`m not even a druggie. I BARELY smoke pot, but for real.. how many people are traumatically affected by alcohol via addiction, drunk driving, etc etc. How often do you hear about someone high on pot hurting or killing someone as compared to alcohol?

If Crackr disapproves, that`s good enough for me. I`m definitely voting Ron Paul.

The only problem with Paul is that his foreign policy is based on a time when it took a month to cross the Atlantic in a wooden boat. Obviously, times have changed, but in that regard, he hasn`t.

Other than that, I agree with pretty much everything he says.

as is his stand on legalizing all drugs and his screwed up stance on illegal aliens.

Oh yeah because obviously prohibition is working, and the federal government can force states to make licenses which conform to national standards.
