If Ron Paul Wins, Iowa Doesn`t Matter Anymore

Take a look at how much Iowa matters in 2008 and then in 2012 when Paul is leading. Why so biased, media?

As a person living in Iowa, I have to say I don`t really give a crap. I know I`m one a few people who think that, but seriously I hate politics so much and just want this over with.

I get why he`s called the Rodney Dangerfield of Republicans.

@ledzeppeloyd.. I think there`s a misunderstanding.. it`s not the media swaying votes.. it`s the Republican party saying that if Paul wins, then it doesn`t mean anything because Paul is the red-headed stepchild of the party.. they HATE him, yet he still runs every time... the media, of course, will move to wherever the political winds blow because they want the viewers, not the voters... the real question is.. how is the GOP gonna go forward with the hand they were dealt?

I would say it`s because Ron Paul isn`t even close to being a reasonable candidate. If he wins the Iowa caucus it still won`t give him a chance in hell of winning the nomination. It will just show that, as usual, Iowa is historically bad at picking Republican candidates.

Why?!?! Why do they think Iowa is done for if they like Ron Paul!? This is ridiculous! Their fear and misunderstanding of him is overwhelming and is really going to hurt us.

Iowa means jackpoo.

that professor was right, Iowa DOES not represent the mood of America or what we see as the right candidate.

If the media doesn`t take him seriously, maybe we shouldn`t take the media seriously.

Santorum has been surging in Iowa, but even then it takes more than one caucus or primary these days to get a party`s nomination. Huckabee won Iowa in 2008, but didn`t get the nomination, and if Hillary had won Texas in 2008 she, most likely, would`ve got the nomination.

The news cycle has such a fast effect, these days, that even one little flub can ruin a whole campaign.

As scared as the Fat Cats in this country are for people starting to wake up and someone like Paul making headway (despite the slander and bias from political talking heads and media), in the end, this country is so corrupt, everyone could vote for Paul and he still wouldn`t win. I don`t think Paul will be the one to get into office and make change because of this, but I think he is the one who will show others the way and maybe eventually enough people like him will make change...provided the economy doesn`t collapse, Martial Law isn`t imposed and we don`t become a police state first.

I would understand "terrorism" against the us media.
I could go so far as saying it would be a war to liberate the minds of many from the facade that "news" is today.

I highly doubt Ron Paul will win even though the rest of the world wants him to. Its just like Bush`s second term, anyone you knew never voted for him but somehow he came up with the votes...

but Iowa isn`t worthless. That`s the thing.

Well perhaps not as worthless as my state, but still. Pretty worthless.

"realizing that Iowa is worthless does not make the media biased, it just means their eyes have finally opened.
best quote, "if Iowa took him seriously, and Iowans took him seriously, maybe we shouldn`t take Iowa all that seriously."
Iowa is just a suburb of Chicago, time more people realized it."

Regardless of whether you support Paul or not, you must admit this is just childish behavior. All they`re doing is looking at what`s happening in Iowa with their fingers in their ears saying "LA LA LA We`re not listening!"

Why is there so much hate against Ron Paul? Why are the conservatives (and liberals) so afraid of this guy?
