Cleanergirl, I wish. Actually, Marxism owns our government. But if you and your friends don`t wish to vote in 2012, please, by all means, don`t. We`ve had enough destruction and tyranny since Dems took over in 2007, thank you very much!

Christie misses the point. We`re angry at any politician who is funded and bribed by special and corporate interests. Unfortunately, you can`t rise to the level of national politics without it, so yes, Christie/Romney...we`re angry at you too.

I-IS-BORED, "Controlling industry"? Do you mean like the FDA? EPA? & FEC? Those kind of industry controls that try to keep our air, food and water safe? And (granted) failing at keeping our economy afloat? Or did you mean "controlling industry" like allowing fortune 500 companies go tax free? Or taxpayer provided subsidies to giant profitable corporations? Inflexible support of an unfair tax system that benefits the super weathy at the cost of everyone and evertything else? What exactly do you mean by "controlling industry"?

Christie you fat slob you are full of it. I started getting angry when GWB weaseled his way into office and promptly drove America right into a ditch.

Yeah John McCain`s history makes him an expert at ripping off Americans. Silverado savings and loan collapse of 1998 only cost Americans $1.3 billion. A bargain by today`s standards.
Democrats are for controlling industry, lack of control allowed banks to give out all those poo mortgages to begin with because of greed.
I-IS-BORED: Reality check: Dems wrote the laws which allowed the bubble in the first place. When MacCain tried to limit the banks in 2006 he was called a RACIST by the Dems.

Nice try, revisionist history is SO Dem friendly!

I feel a little bad for Obama at times, first black president and he gets stuck with someone else`s mess. Maybe he would of done better if his term was before Bush`s, we will never know.

Look at the average age of those people attending. Hopefully, within my lifetime, the republic party will die out as it`s members do.
The congress was Democrat for most of his tenure as President.
Oh come on, how stupid are you to think a quick google search couldn`t call you on this blatant f*cking lie?

Up until 2007, Congress was Red during the Bush years. That means that for six years out of eight (I`m a pretty good math student, but if someone wants to confirm that 6/8, or 3/4 is indeed a majority, or "most" as Auburn put it, I would appreciate it) the Republicans had an edge. And what did they do with it?

Obama`s a failure, indeed, but he didn`t build the sh*tty situation we were in, nor did he bring it toppling down. He just hasn`t done anything to clean up the mess.

And unfortunately, from the Republican offerings this year, it looks like we have two choices: leave things how they are, in shambles, or go ahead and burn whatever`s left.

You seem to have forgotten that the Democrats took over congress in 2007. The economy was in pretty good shape up till then. Oh, and the Wall St. fat cats are nearly all Democrats.

But I will concede that Bush was a dick -- not for acting like a principled Republican but for kissing up to the Democrats. After the Democrats took over congress, they ran this country into the ditch, and Bush never vetoed a single bill -- not even one.

"I thought that was bush and the GOP congress."

The congress was Democrat for most of his tenure as President. This is why he was so ineffective. Same poo we are going through now.

Goes to show you. It isn`t who is in office, it`s the process.

For 2 years, the Democrats owned 2/3 of the government, and they did jack squat. It`s the Republican`s turn, and they will likely get it.

funny how the gop fks everything up and then blames Obama for not fixing the mess they made.

I am not a dem or a repub, but hell even I can see how stupid it is to make a mess, and then get mad when someone else doesn`t clean it up the way you wanted them too.

gop = morons

I thought what he said was reasonable. Put the blame where the blame lays, on yourself, not. You voted him in, you don`t like the way he`s doing his job, vote him out. It is black and white and simple.

Oh, I didn`t write the headline, but I did write the description.

Of COURSE Cristie is going to `attack Obama` DUH! His whole POINT is that these OWSers should be mad AT OBAMA and not the strawman "wall street" or the non-existant "1%" (who supposedly pay no taxes).

Take responsibility for what you did! YOU voted him in, lefties, you don`t like how things are? Vote Him Out!

Obama was in New York just last week. Did he visit OWS? Nope! Did he fundraise 3 times? Yup! Was $38,000 PER PERSON too high a price to see him? Apparently not. And just who has 38K to throw away? Think about it... should be obvious...

For your enlightenment: There ARE smart Republicans out there, the MSM will never show them, but it`s true!

Yeah, when Newt is the best of a bad lot, it`s a sorry day for the right wing.

C`mon @MeGrendel, looka t all the GOOD THINGS Obama has done!
Closed Guantanimo Bay! Oh no wait...
Kept the US out of more wars! Oh, except for attacking Libya...
Got the economy going again!

HAHAHAHA! That last one is so far fetched, even the Democrats don`t believe it! They`re still "bitterly clinging" to the old mantra: "well *sniffle* MacCain would be worse!"

Brassbull-"actually works with obama we could get a lot more done."

Which of Obama`s policies do you want to pass/continue?
`spread the wealth around`? (socialism)
Shovel ready jobs that don`t exist?
The Stimulus that would hold the unemployment rate below 8%?
Appointing racists Czars?
His Class Warfare?
Giving $millions to soon-to-fail Green Companies? (Solyndra, Beacon Power..it seems the worst thing a company can do during the Obama Administration is to get Money from Obama`s stash..they immediately go bankrupt.)
Obamacare Waivers?
Sending weapons to Mexico in hope of creating a case for gun control?
Failure to enforce immigration laws?

Republicans got elected in the 2010 elections for the exact reason of STOPPING Obama`s policies.

Obama has to be willing to work with others, too, which he has shown he is unwlling to do.

More politics as usual. Americans aren`t buying this crap anymore. We`re too dialed into what you jackasses are actually doing in government.

You can blame Obama all you want for the 9% approval rating of congress but the facts are that what people are upset about happened before he took office and things have still not changed. Anyone who tells you someone else could fix everything if they`d just get elected is flat out lying to your face. Yeah, we`re dissapointed with Obama, but we`d be a hell of a lot more disappointed had McCain and Palin been the captains of our ship.

The bubble of American/Western prosperity at the expense of the rest of the world has burst. The economy is a zero-sum game and the concept of `infinite growth` to fix all of our woes is a dangerous and toxic lie.

We`re sick of the lies, and this is just more of the same.

Wow, he`s totally right! When I bought low risk investments, but the bank sold me high risk and my retirement was wiped out... it`s totally my fualt.

And when I was forced out of two careers by government tolerance of illegal aliens who took all the work at a pay scale I could not match by 1/4.... I should be angry at myself for wanting luxuries like a phone, or a 10 year old car.

And when I was unable to find work because all the jobs went over seas I have only myself to blame for that.

In the words of that great philosopher, Bugs Bunny...
