Pretty amazing audio recording that puts you into a unique virtual reality situation. Headphone needed. Not a screamer.

The matchbox? Really? I remember listening to this years ago. The Starkey Cetera Virtual Barbershop came along years later, and is much more impressive. Even now it still gets me! Look it up!

Works fine without headphones. Still lame, I half expected a ping pong match to pop up half way. I recall an old record that was a bunch of sounds like this to show off stereo sound in all it`s glory. Which would of been awesome, 60 years ago.

People still falling for this one? It was old back in the seventies. Always says there`s some "holophonic processing" with "advanced perceptual psycho-acoustics" or other gibberish. They always want you to buy a gadget or pay for their special audio services.

drating seriously? Listening to someone shake something around your head for a solid minute? That`s beyond annoying.

This would be cool if it were used in movies and games more often, kind of sh*ts on the experience from multiple speaker setups.

This is sorta like that Martin Logan Ltd. (I think that`s who it was) experience thing where the company proved that you can experience 3D sound with only two good speakers and 25W per speaker instead of buying 9 different speakers, 2 200W amps, and having to wire your home like a missile launch site. I remember that being a pretty cool demo until I saw their $10,000 price tag... in 1985.

"Well, it goes left and right. Where are the other 2 Ds?" It goes up and down too, and somewhat close to your ear/far away [at the beginning the matches are right at your ears, but after that they keep about the same distance away with the matches].

Disappointed :/ I listen to binaural videos all the time, about every day while I`m doing homework because I find it relaxing. This is an old audio, someone just made a video to go along with it [and they`re not the first to do that]. I was hoping for a new binaural video to listen to D:

This is retarded. You listen to a rattle go around your head. Most people can do this through their realtek audio control panel where they have the bee fly around to test out speakers.

And...?

It`s doing the same thing movies have been doing for years: altering the volume and balance between left and right to create the illusion that the source of the sound is changing location.

Cool that someone did it on Youtube, but it`s not impressive or anything. Definitely not creepy, either.
