I dont think its fair to just say "Oh, yeah he was that good because he was on drugs" sure, he WAS, but that didnt give him the raw talent and the skills that made him who he was. I`d like to see the average joe pick up a guitar and make themselves as famous as he did. Theres NO way that would happen. the drugs to him was just a bit of inspiration and fuel to feed the fire.
we should respect that and just enjoy the legacy he and many other artists before him have left us...

Right in the heart of the Central District, often times called the CD, or "Seedy." Yikes. It sold in 2006 for $306k, which is a bit of a jump for that size place in the Seedy. I guess its history was baked into the price.
