Submitted by: WorldScott 5 years ago Tech

Sure in the movie it was a massive laser on a jet firing down on popcorn in a house but the principle is the same!

So, basically they`re saying it was a really slow week for submissions and that`s why this got through?

Worst laser/pop corn/cookie video I`ve ever seen.

That laser blows. Wicked Lasers are known for underspec lasers and shipping that takes months.
I have a 2.1W laser that is smaller than that.

"I wonder how he did that with the camera."

@madest, it is done in post production. Tracking software + After Effects to rotate the shot.

typical hot air popper:Up to 18 cups of gourmet popcorn are popped in less than 2 1/2 minutes (1440 watts)
approx 2500 kernals per cup... math...
4.8 joules/kernal
Ill stick with the hot air popper thanks I-A-B

2 * (1 watt) * (60 seconds) = 120 joules,
Is that good for one kernal?
