    two things:
    first: this was really dumb
second: she looks more like she is on edge because she is worried about peter going off to fight crime than sitting there trying to relax.

Too bad every dumbfu ck in this scit is wrong about sitting comfortabley. Shes nervous, scared, worried, and on caffine to boot.

This is what happens when you give retards the internet, mas human hystaria. Hey you know what else happend from mass human hystaria? People thinking invisible gremlins were putting bubbles in their windshields. No really, it happened....read up on the Seattle Windshield pitting hysteria.

SO yeah shmucks, keep trying to critique something that you have completely WRONG.

@Aiken I was thinking the same thing. Also I was sitting somewhat similar to the way she was even before reading this. When I go to bed at night I put my leg up on the wall so I am doing something like a split. It is comfortable to me but most everyone else thinks it is insane.

Pro-tips for nerds - A. Look at her, I dont the original intent of her pushing her comic book boobs together is to get you to look at her posture
    B. It`s a comic. I dont fly to work or swing there on webbing, so I really doubt it matters how she sits.

    why is 6 afraid of 7? because 7 8 9.

relating this to the post (and assuming none of you had ever heard this stale joke), 20% of you would groan, 30% of you would laugh, 50% of you would squabble about numbers not being able to eat each other, or that 8 is spelled eight and not ate, and basically being humorless doodoo heads.

So the "unrealistic" part of this cartoon is the way the girl is sitting on the couch, not the dude in the spider costume swinging through the city on webs he shoots from his wrists.

Pretty much. It`s not every day that we see a man in a spider suit swinging from a web that is seemingly attached to water vapor, but it is quite often that we see people sitting on couches--so here, we have a reasonable expectation of what is bullcrap.

to everyone who is saying stuff like "spiderman isn`t realistic" the unrealistic things are set out as rules in this fictional universe; in this case a man having spider powers. sitting crazily has nothing to do with the rules that have been shown.

No, what the author writes/draws are the rules in that universe, if the author draws her sitting comfortable like that, then thats is as realistic as an emo superhero swinging thru the city, according to the comic.
I thought nerds were supposed to be smart...

I actually sit like that quite often and find it comfortable. I`m actually do it right now while watching family guy and typing this thing while shaking my head about the stupidity of the world. Some people actually exercise and stretch...... like those fictional comic people... I bet the person who put that thing together is fat and wasted and is so weak that he/she can`t even stand to see comic people with better self-esteem. Pussy.
