"get a brain morans!"

Why don`t you? Judging by your grammar and spelling error, you need one as well. By the way, it`s spelled "moron".

I actually sit like that quite often and find it comfortable. I`m actually do it right now while watching family guy and typing this thing while shaking my head about the stupidity of the world. Some people actually exercise and stretch...... like those fictional comic people... I bet the person who put that thing together is fat and wasted and is so weak that he/she can`t even stand to see comic people with better self-esteem. Pussy.

...and no human has the proportional strength of a spider either. Comic books are fantasy and that goes for people having unlikely physical endowments and posing in interesting-looking but unlikely positions.

9 inch waist, dislocated left hip. Not important.
I thought the point was to depict some perky breasts.

to everyone who is saying stuff like "spiderman isn`t realistic" the unrealistic things are set out as rules in this fictional universe; in this case a man having spider powers. sitting crazily has nothing to do with the rules that have been shown.

No, what the author writes/draws are the rules in that universe, if the author draws her sitting comfortable like that, then thats is as realistic as an emo superhero swinging thru the city, according to the comic.
I thought nerds were supposed to be smart...

Wow, really? A comic book that isn`t realistic. Next thing you know, they`re gonna start making movies that are total BS.

Who said she was trying to relax? That is a position of worry and anxiety. The artist communicates it well.

The REAL point is: She looks like that, and he`s out swinging around, playing hero. To Hell with that! Get home and tap that ass!

I think Scott Campbell was was going for the uptight worried bout her husbands sake position rather then a confortable one. thats what this art cover is about. showing perter going out to save the day trough MJ`s perspective of worried wife.

They`re worried about the girl sitting realistically, while you see spider man in the background. Really?

Pro-tip for comic book artist critics: she doesn`t seem relaxed. I`d even go as far as saying she looks worried. Admit it, tigers.

So, this is less realistic than a super strong, web slinging nerd who battles characters such as the Green Goblin, Sandman, Dr. Octopus, etc.? It`s called fiction for a reason. Get over yourself.

We-ll, to be fair. That is drawn from a different perspective (above) than the photographs.

If the camera was positioned on the ceiling, it wouldn`t be an impossible body position. Still damned uncomfortable, though.

"So the "unrealistic" part of this cartoon is the way the girl is sitting on the couch, not the dude in the spider costume swinging through the city on webs he shoots from his wrists."

Pretty much. It`s not every day that we see a man in a spider suit swinging from a web that is seemingly attached to water vapor, but it is quite often that we see people sitting on couches--so here, we have a reasonable expectation of what is bullcrap.

It`s supposed to be sexy, and she was probably just standing up.

why is 6 afraid of 7? because 7 8 9.

relating this to the post (and assuming none of you had ever heard this stale joke), 20% of you would groan, 30% of you would laugh, 50% of you would squabble about numbers not being able to eat each other, or that 8 is spelled eight and not ate, and basically being humorless doodoo heads.

Even if there was, who could with some of those, there is no way they would succeed in a project of that magnitude. Of course the fall isn`t deadly, but one of them had to deal with it immaturely.

Pro-tips for nerds - A. Look at her, I dont the original intent of her pushing her comic book boobs together is to get you to look at her posture
B. It`s a comic. I dont fly to work or swing there on webbing, so I really doubt it matters how she sits.

@Aiken I was thinking the same thing. Also I was sitting somewhat similar to the way she was even before reading this. When I go to bed at night I put my leg up on the wall so I am doing something like a split. It is comfortable to me but most everyone else thinks it is insane.

Too bad every dumbfu ck in this scit is wrong about sitting comfortabley. Shes nervous, scared, worried, and on caffine to boot.

This is what happens when you give retards the internet, mas human hystaria. Hey you know what else happend from mass human hystaria? People thinking invisible gremlins were putting bubbles in their windshields. No really, it happened....read up on the Seattle Windshield pitting hysteria.

SO yeah shmucks, keep trying to critique something that you have completely WRONG.

two things:
first: this was really dumb
second: she looks more like she is on edge because she is worried about peter going off to fight crime than sitting there trying to relax.
