This seems like a horrible idea really. The characters just aren`t relevant today, there`s no longer idiot metal-heads who think everything violent and disgusting is awesome. At least, today they`re all goths with piercings and black make-up.

"And Beavis sounds different!"

Yes, but as I wrote earlier, it`s probably due to Judge being about 15 years older and not using the voice for so long.

I agree with Oldfrt. I was actually a kid when these shows first came out and I thought they weren`t funny then (to be honest I hated south park as a kid.. it wasn`t until I was almost 18 that I feel in love with SP and it became my favorite show.)

btw, Tom Anderson was the name of their Hank Hill-esque neighbor.

And I hope they continue to play music videos during the show. That was one of the best things about it.

I`m really happy, and I will watch. But I don`t know if it will be the same/if it will catch on. Beavis and Butt-Head were a near perfect metaphor for the 90`s teenager. Nowadays, high school kids aren`t the same. Technology has changed the way they think.

I was in 3rd/4th grade, and watched Beavis and Butt-Head until it went off the air. The reason Beavis and Butt-Head worked in the 90`s is that it was current, the characters were reflections of the 90`s teenager. Now it`s outdated, just like when it went away, I hope the stupidity is enough to keep the show alive.

And I hope Todd is still there... TODD RULES!

If they keep bringing back the old shows on MTV, maybe they could actually play music videos.

"If they like did this chart long enough, they could find out where herpes began."

So true, Butt-head. So true.

Wait wait wait.

People actually found that funny? Like actual comedy? How does the word "bunghole" even come close to anything remotely related to comedy? Is this just some big trolling attempt?

@Oldfrt

Southpark and Beavis and Butthead don`t even play the same sport. When I was 13 or whenever Beavis and Butthead were popular, nobody over 25 got Beavis and Butthead. You just had to be there, existing in the moment while in your youth for it to grab you. I watched it last night on Netflix just for old time sake and I totally get why someone would absolutely hate it. But in my adolescent years, it was comedy gold. I still can`t explain why.

ah man this show brings back memories....i wonder if every 5 minutes they cutout to them watching a music video and cracking jokes, or it will just be both of them doing dumb things and trying to score some booty.

I have a good feeling about this.

Despite the fact I will have to watch MTV in order to see it.

"She USUALLY doesn`t have sex with her big brother."
"Yeah, but sometimes you`re just like DTF, and no one`s around.... mom and dad are at the movies."

"I`m a whore, hello!"
"--That`s how she answers the phone"

I never found Beavis & Butthead or King of the Hill either funny or entertaining, just very annoying. I guess I`ll just stick with South Park.

I do not like the new voice of Beavis. I`m getting that Mike Judge stopped practicing the voice when he decided to voice Tom Anderson full time AKA King of the Hill; and then he aged and he can`t recreate the voice as well as he could.

Big, big fan of Beavis and Butt-Head, and will DEFINITELY BE WATCHING.
