I`m not going to say that all women are bad drivers, but all of the ones that I`ve known and ridden in a car with have been.

Meh, it`s only a Chrysler Sebring. Hopefully it was written off (broken axle, bent chassis, something on the underside could break like that), so it can be melted down to become something more beneficial to the world.

This is taken out of context. She successfully uses the rock to launch her onto two wheels, upon which she drives away, the crowd stunned.

"Women drive badly slowly. = walk away embarrassed
Men drive badly quickly. = dead"

@Alice422 - Yes, that`s an article based on the Carnegie Mellon study I was referring to; I was agreeing that, in general, women are safer drivers (even if a few bad ones make funny mistakes).

@strivejaylen - it doesn`t matter if you`ve been in 100 accidents with women, statistically (for all ages) men are 77% more likely to die in a car crash because they take more risks, speed more, and drink and drive more often. And if you`re male between 16 and 24 you are 400% more likely to die than the average driver. Women may (possibly) have more fender-benders but male drivers are much more likely to die, and kill others while doing so.

I`d like to see those stats broken down by area. Around here, Western NH, young female drivers are pretty bad, followed closely by 25-35 male drivers (one of my crew has wrecked two cars this year alone). Ans anecdotally I must say that an older friend of mine - male, with a macular degeneration should NOT be driving but he still does. You try telling an old marine what he can and can`t do.

@ Nihilism: Check it out. Statistics destroy a stupid stereotype once again! :D (You`ll have to take out the extra spaces. It wouldn`t let me post a link that long) http://www.msnbc.msn.com /id/16698153/ns/technology _and_science-science/t/women -drivers-theyre-safer-men/

nihilism, i been in two accidents both involving women hitting me
1 she was on her phone and ran into the back of me
2 the woman was driving some other car that wasnt suppose to be on the road with no license or car insurance while speeding and didnt stop till after she took off the front end of my car

Sadly the reverse is true, women are much better drivers than guys. Just ask any teenage male wanting car insurance...

@Maxxim Please cite your sources, don`t just make them up. "That age-old stereotype about dangerous women drivers is shattered in a big new traffic analysis: Male drivers have a 77 percent higher risk of dying in a car accident than women, based on miles driven. Right behind octogenarians at high risk are young male drivers, ages 16-23, with fatality rates four times higher than average." Traffic STATS - Carnegie Mellon University. TrafficSTATS

In the US, women are much more dangerous than the few men who speed. They run lights/signs/and change lanes without looking, killing many, many more than the speeders.

Women may be responsible for some of the funniest car situations, but it`s almost always males involved in single and multicar collisions at rates grossly exceeding the speed limit. Of course those aren`t funny ... just criminally stupid.

They were too cheap to buy the actual ramp that shows off the car for the semi annual sale. So, next best thing.

Poofydoom, that is the same as Panera, but here in St. Louis it`s called the St. Louis Bread Company.

sadly its true. Most of the times if someone cuts you off, is stuck on your back bumper or is in a crash... it is usually a woman. We can`t drive
