A simple little folk tale, told in a modern but touching way. Animated by Dreamworks animator David Wolter.

i told it to my mom. she said "so what`s the point of the story?"
so i said "children are supposed to fly away some day :)"
then she said "what you want to go to america now? you can`t be an eagle and you`re not flying anywhere miss!"

This was really good! I was SO ready to be disappointed, but the makers of this video did an outstanding job!
I liked it a LOT! It blends the Greek heratige smoothly with more modern themes!
Where`s that 5-Star button! I`d pay 0.25 to give this 5 stars!

I`ll happily explain it to y`all, after I`m done with that other thread!

PS: I`ve seen almost the exact same theme attempted, and utterly failed, in animated shorts before. So this is all the more impressive to me.

Awww I liked that a lot some reason, I just wish I knew what the point was. I suppose the kid learned the value of protecting what`s important. Somehow that made him into a bird.
