Once again P&G you avoided the question. What was the Judges instruction to the jury before the trial began?

You need to understand that such instructions are vital. Like I said, and you don`t pay attention because your rash. That`s why I said it before that your such.

Also I never said she was innocent from my perspective. I said her 12 peers found her innocent and you were disagree with them. I accept their decision. You don`t as it`s obvious with the diatribes. It`s just apparent that to you the 12 jurors were ignorant. That failed to exact justice based on your determination of what is acceptable evidence through your perception on TV. It`s not your place to convict her. It was those 12 selected that the jury selection chose. Like I said before. If you want to blame somebody then blame the DA for not providing proof without a doubt. What do you not understand?

There is no further point of reading the tirades. Only time and experience will teach you

Sorry about that, I meant prosecution.

You don`t have any facts, sources or proof about the man who served 20 years. So you`re just rambling about him. For all I know, you`re lying to make your argument sound better.

I never said I know all about the legal system. I`m okay with that, because neither do you

No, I was not present at the time of the crime, but I watched the entire trial. I think I can safely say you did not. It is not necessary for a video of Casey killing her child to remove all doubt of murder. It is entirely possible to convict people on circumstantial evidence.

It`s as if we are having a debate about a book, and I sparknoted it, and you read the entire book cover to cover, and I start claiming I know more than you about it, or I understand it better. It just makes me look stupid and ignorant, correct?

I made no rash decision she was guilty. I watched the entire trial. You`re making a rash decision she`s innocent, based off

We learn wisdom from failure much more than from success. We often discover what will do, by finding out what will not do; and probably he who never made a mistake never made a discovery.

irresponsibility and proper wisdom. When you have served even on five cases either/or civil or criminal let me know. Then we will see how your knowledge of coming to a conclusion of verdict is justified.

There you go again missing it. I said nothing about the defense. The DA is a prosecuting attorney. he failed to present sufficient evidence.

Second regarding my assertion since you know all about the trail and how jury system works you still failed at providing the instructions to the jury. Once again fail.

Third the example of you not caring of a man who lost 20 years is the point why your rash and do not reason out. That is why I pointed out how jurors are instructed, Therefore you really do not know how the judicial system works. All you do is run a bunch a facts that has apparently not swayed anyone. Especially a juror whether she is guilty.

Fourth you missed the point about being irresponsible in concluding judgment based on the mans experience of injustice.

You were not there, and really don`t know anything about what happened at the crime. Only on limited knowledge attained. Making a rash decision that she is guilty. That is a sure sign of i

Sachi001, I don`t care about a man in Dallas to be honest. Sad, unfortunate, but not what I`m talking about. I have no clue what you`re rambling about, I have no records, I didn`t watch the trial, I know nothing about.

BUT apparently the evidence against him was strong enough for 12 of his peers to convict him. And according to you, they made a mistake. You just proved my point that courts make wrong convictions.

Did you watch the trial? You seem to not know very much about how the defense presented its case. It wasn`t the defense providing a lack of evidence, or not proving their case- they had all they needed to convict her. Her actions, videos, pictures and phone conversations spoke for themself.

I don`t think you`re wiser than me because of age. In fact, I think you`re very foolish. You`ve proven that you`re so foolish you`ll underestimate someone because of their age. You like to think yourself experienced and wise, but you have yet to prove it.

Now another thing you are so convinced that`s she guilty even though others found her not. That you would have her tossed for life or executed perhaps. IDK which, but like a man I know in Dallas. He spent 20 years of his life in prison for a murder. When DNA came out it was found it was not his, but another serial killer. Everybody was so convinced he was guilty. they yet just F*UCKED HIM OUT OF 20 YEARS OF HIS LIFE.

Now you know why I`m more wiser than of your age. It`s called a living experience in life. Something your parents are probably trying to teach you. On why you don`t make assumptions and make mistakes like they did in their past.

Okay PinkandGreen. Since you want to have an intelligent discussion. Apparently you know more than the DA and Judge on application of the law.

What were the instructions of the judge to the jurors during the beginning of the trial?

You can claim circumstantial evidence all you want. It won`t count. There are many reasons why such is not admissible in a court of law. Tons of legal precedents why such, and more that can`t be covered here. When you go to law school it will be more apparent for you.

Now the reality is those jurors were given their parameters. The DA accepts such before even filing for motion of trial. He failed to convince 12 peers to come to an unanimous decision of finding her guilty. They listened and evaluated the evidence both during the trial and in meeting afterwords in the Jury room.
They found her not guilty. If you want to make blame then not the jurors. Blame the DA for not making his case.

She`s had her trial and is found

The court did what it was suppose to no matter what you think a jury of her peers provided her the justice they thought she reasonable to the arguments and evidence in the case. People are quick to judge such things. If you were involved in such a high profile case and spent three years locked up in jail and then had to blow all your money on legal fees on something like this I believe most people would have thought themselves to have learned their lesson. Life is too short and people forget that. Why push for harsh sentences if the case doesn`t warrant one. Everybody wants to lock people up and throw away the key. What good does that do for your tax payer dollars and society to lock up who could be a productive member of society? Most of the bureaucracy, legal fees and time wasted would be enough for me to learn my lesson. I`m concerned about those people who we have reasonable evidence to suggest that they will leave and fall into a pattern of crime again.

Sachi001- Nice job attacking my age, instead of what I was posting about. Oh wise one, maybe one day I`ll reach your level of intelligence and wisdom.

I posted my views on the trial. You tried talking to down me for my age. I don`t think my age is
relevant to topic. I watched the entire trial, and going off the whole "Did you honestly spend your whole summer watching the entire trial?" I`ll assume you did not.

So if you want to argue about the trial, have at it. If you can`t find anything to put down other than my age, and not the content of what I posted, then find something else to do.

And child abuse is- "the physical, sexual, emotional mistreatment, or neglect of children". Okay, it includes neglect in child abuse, which was what she was charged with. Definition of neglect defined in federal law-
" * Any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caretaker which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploitation; or
* An act or failure to act which presents an imminent risk of serious harm. "

They didn`t charge her with that. She fits the definition of child neglect, which is included in the child abuse charge.

She failed to act by calling paramedics, or getting a neighbor, or trying anything at all. If you find your kid dead floating in a pool, you don`t say "She absolutely must be dead, I shouldn`t try do anything at all to save her life, because I`m positive she`s already dead".

And I spend my whole summer watching it. It was unavoidable- it ha

She made 84 searches on google of how to make chloroform, and the expert said the levels of chloroform were the highest levels he had ever seen in the trunk of the car, and that was after 31 days of evaporation, and he explained how quickly chloroform evaporates.

But who knows, maybe the fact that `how to make chloroform` was searched at times only Casey was home, the smell of a dead body in the trunk, and the chloroform levels were all just innocent coincidences. I mean, if you don`t have a video of her doing it, it`s impossible to prove, right?

Better to let a murderer go then to put an innocent person in jail. Though both can and do happen sometimes. poo happens you know it alls. Don`t like it then go fix it yourself.

Pinkand Green said: "And the fact that she didn`t get child abuse is ridiculous- not even the most hardcore "not enough evidence people" can claim there wasn`t enough evidence for that."

I can. There was no evidence (i.e bruises, broken bones, etc) , nor any evidence of substances like chloroform being given to her. Now, in my humble opinion, I do believe that not reporting a "missing" child is abuse or neglect, but sadly, that`s not against the law in the state of Florida, which is why lawmakers are enacting a bill to make it so. I belive it will be called "Caylee`s Law".

Did you honestly spend your whole summer watching the entire trial? Apparently the jury did as well. They found the evidence not sufficient to warrant a guilty verdict. Since your young maybe you`ll learn to what it means to be a juror one day.

Oh, and for everyone saying "there wasn`t evidence!!"

Did you even WATCH the trial? And I`m not talking just watching a few minutes, "a lot of it" or just catching up with the highlights later.

If you watch the ENTIRE trial, there was plenty of evidence to convict her of murder or manslaughter, though circumstantial. And the fact that she didn`t get child abuse is ridiculous- not even the most hardcore "not enough evidence people" can claim there wasn`t enough evidence for that.

The worst part about this is that Casey actually still wants more kids. In her jail notes to other inmates, she talked about wanting to adopt and wanting to get pregnant at the same time as the inmate.

Wonder how long it`ll take them to die of a tragic accident...

wait. WAIT. im a "casey chaser", simply because i follow the law and am not retarded enough to think that whatever pops in my head must be true? Vigilante Justice, which you seem to be keen on, is stupid. She was found NOT GUILTY, due to lack of evidence. You can justify your own self worth how you want.

There was a lack of evidence to show that she murdered the child.

End. Of. Story.

You dont know what happen ed in that house when that kid died, she might be mentally deficient, she might have been forced, nobody knows and thats the point. You cant convict someone "because i think she did it." You have to have proof, the prosecutors didnt. Like it or not, innocent until proven guilty is there for a reason.
