Mostly this is just a lot of sad stuff... People running around on broomsticks, following Twitters that don`t post anything, and actually going to Universal Studios instead of Disney... Sigh.

Pottermore is a new "online reading experience"; I`m kinda disappointed. I wanted an MMORPG. If I want to read the books, I`ll pull out my book and read it. Derp.

Maybe it`s more interesting than I think it is.

Trying to play quidditch just sounds stupid.

You can`t fly, and snitches don`t exist. And if they did, they`re just a deus ex machina book mechanic so that Harry can be the hero and auto-win every game by finding it.

None of this applies to me. I`ve read all the books and I`ve watched all the movies, yet I haven`t paid for any of it.

    Hint: I borrowed both.

Quidditch is total bollocks. Why don`t they just have 7 seekers? THE SNITCH WINS THE WHOLE GAME YOU IDIOTS

You can just tell a woman invented it.

"Quidditch is total bollocks. Why don`t they just have 7 seekers? THE SNITCH WINS THE WHOLE GAME YOU IDIOTS

You can just tell a woman invented it."

Catching the snitch does not guarantee a win - it adds 150 points to the total of the team`s score.

So, for example, let`s say Slytherin is playing Gryffindor. Slytherin is losing 10-170, and their seeker catches the snitch, ending the game. 150 points is added to their score, so now the score is 160-170. Gryffindor still has more points, so they will end up winning the game.

As you can see, this even only happens if the team who catches the snitch is losing by more than one hundred and fifty points, so it`s usually a rare occasion. The team who catches the snitch usually wins, though. And thats why thiers not 7 seekers.
