"Don`t try this at home"? WHy shouldn`t I teach my dog that isn`t meant to herd sheep, to herd sheep? I really see no problem with it. If a chihuahua can do it, I think it`s fair that many other dogs can,. unless they have certain heart conditions or bad hips

that wasn`t herding... is was chasing.

and is "ReHoming" the new word for buying a dog? Couldn`t we call them "PreOwned"? Oh, right. Dogs are `people` so you can`t `own` one you have to `adopt` it.

    what a bunch of peta-poo.

Berenice, because without training a stupid little dog like that is likely to get trampled.

No, it was herding. The dog kept the sheep in a group and moved them around by circling. It certainly wasn`t chasing. The clip didn`t show if it was responding to instructions, but it looked purposeful.

I too, run from chihuahuas. I don`t run from rats or spiders. But I would run like hell from a chihuahua.
