correct me if im wrong, but its called face acting, i dont think he is doing any of the voices, just speaking along to the recordings. Check the description on the youtube video.

A job doing... what, exactly? How is the skill "mouthing the words while audio plays in the background" marketable? I mean - maybe he can be a professional lip-syncher - if that`s a thing.... You know - if Kesha or one of those "cool" performers gets too drunk to stand or something, he can fill in.
