hahahaha it`s a protester from the "Luz y fuerza del centro" electric company. Back in time a couple of years ago The President of Mexico Pronounced the extinction of "LyFC" because the company expenses were more than their income, just imagine the company was declared in bankrupcy in 1974!!!!! and they still operated in spite of their situation until late 2009.

Their Union leader Martin Esparza is a crazy ass mofo he`s still encouraging syndicate members to protest, but only causes chaos, riots, heavy traffic in the streets, and sabotages the electric power lines (and blames the new company CFE who took control in the electric bussiness), and MAINLY making union members to do crazy stuff like this one you`re seeing in this photo. And they will not stop fighting until LyFC come back to bussiness...thing that IT JUST WON`T HAPPEN for the good of My country.
Needs Boadicea spikes
My inner history nerd protests against that injustice:

i) Her name wasn`t Boadicea. That was just a mistake somebody made that spread too much to contain. Boudicca is most likely, but there`s a possibility that what`s thought to be her name was actually a reference to Boudigga, a deity worshipped in the area. Mostly likely Boudicca though, with a linguistic connection with Boudigga.

ii) The ancient Britons didn`t use spikes, blades or anything else mounted on chariot wheels. It`s a silly idea to go galloping around a battlefield in something that would kill your own fighters just as easily as the enemy.

Wearing a cape on a motorcycle? That will last just long enough for the cape to get caught in the chain or rear wheel.

In Mexico, the masked pro wrestlers are also superhero characters. In movies, pro wrestler characters solve crimes and fight bad guys and rescue people and stuff. Also, when a wrestler gets older and retires, a younger man can wear the same mask and take over the character, so the character never ages.

This was in Mexico in 2009, Two electric companies were competing and they each had different unions, CFE & SME. It was found that the company the SME union worked for was rife with corruption and the company went bankrupt, the SME workers lost their jobs.

Needs Boadicea spikes, body armor and guns. If you want to fight, you might as well win.
