I like how it said "scrapyard yugioh" as a suggestion in the beginning.

it`s fake because if anyone knows anything about magnetism they would know that if the magnet could lift the balls, the balls would be lifted all of the way, not be suspended in the air

might not be fake, they could turn the electromagnet on/off repeatedly to overcome force of gravity

It`s fake. Animation/Design team out of Barcelona.

"As every hard drive in that room is rendered useless."
It is scary how true this is. Even small magnets (we`re talking as small as 4mm) will be plated in a strong metal because these things will fly with enough force to shatter them. Think about that when you stare at your kitchen cutlery or stove; "this thing would be in millions of pieces". If you used a magnet like that in a room with any metal near it, say goodbye.
Here`s a large magnet that can lift a f**king car if you have 2. Oh and by the way, this magnet is about 1/30th the size.

On top of all of that, just look at 1:02. Gigantic metal rack approximately equidistant with the floor.

What a great day. We drank our green tea, played with a magnet, smoked Natural American Spirit cigarettes and then Chase took us out for veggie-burgers. I`m glad I have friends like that. Oh, and wool knitted caps. DIE! F*CKING DIE!

BTW, why computer chips? What the hell is that supposed to do? That makes it retardedly fake.

It looks like one of those stupid Smirnoff TV ads ("I was there"). Like the one where they paint an old gas station purple and have a party.

Why circuits inside the balls? Why not just any metal thing? That would be enough.

They`re not defying physics. The magnetic force acting on the balls is greater than the (relatively weak) force of gravity. Idfk why they had to use micro-chips, but I understand the copper-bound screws. Better conductivity. I still thought it was cool. I would like that as an installation piece.
