Very cool new tech, but what about getting it down once it`s used? I bet that`s effort

yes, after a disaster what people have the most is water to spare

@Musuko42 ..it doesn`t have to be drinkable water?

Because water is always so readily available in large quantities after a typical disaster...right.

i remember seeing this when the creators debuted it on "Dragons Den". Good to see the creators made it with this, it was/is an awesome invention.

@DeathToLems

Actually, the Dragons offered 85,000 pounds for the product, but wanted 40% of the company so the inventors refused.

omg209, a 3000 watt portable generator would provide electricity and it can be air dropped just about anywhere you need it.

i think people here are misunderstanding the practicalness of these things. they`re not some tent you take for a weekend camping trip. they`re sturdy long term structures with probably more military uses then civilians.

these are long term structures .. not some crapy tent made from canvas.. youu can freakin walk ontop of these things...

so 2 hours is long to set up a concrete building?

did you even watch the video

2 hours is a really long time to set up a blow up tent, and 24 hours is a really long time to have to wait for use. at least if we`re talking about use in an emergency.

I wonder if a smaller model (say the size of a standard tent) would set up quicker.
