OH? Just me and AJ? What about almightybob? What about pyrrhois? Don`t they need gay sex too?

Also: YOU`re still here JeanPierre, here`s $5 go rent yourself a big black guy and have a nice little rape-roleplay yourself! (ps: isn`t that just a tad racists? and homophobic? are all black guys `big`? Do all black guys like raping whites? Sounds mightily racist to me...)

(and disregardless is too a word: I just used it!)

@Almightybob1 Every person who ran for Prez OR Vice-Prez in the 20TH century provided all the documents. Period. Find one who didn`t.

BHO didn`t, it`s a fact, not a `racist opinion`. Even if he produces it now it`s STILL a fact.

MacCain did
Bush did
Clinton did
Al Gore did
& etc.

If that health director person saw it in 2008, why couldn`t the Governer of Hawaii find any trace of it in 2011? Riddle me that!

"Every other president who proved his citizenship to the government legal minds as part of the necessary red tape before becoming president, and was never forced to produce his birth certificate."

The problem is, every other president has had to. Technically, the first 15 or 20 probably didn`t, but since then they must release their medical records, birth records, and educational transcripts. Barry did none of this. He still has not released his medical, or educational.

You`re right, my apologies. Here they are:

Unsurprisingly, you`re wrong 5Cats. The Hawaii State Health Director, Chiyome fudgeino, said back in 2008 that she had personally seen and verified Obama`s birth certificate.
-because it`s IMPOSSIBLE for Grandma, or even Mom herself, to have placed that notice 4 days after he was born, disregardless of where he was born, it`s simply IMPOSSIBLE!
1. Disregardless isn`t a word.
2. Pretty lucky that they thought "I know, we`ll post a birth notification in the paper saying he was born in Hawaii, JUST IN CASE he later runs for president." Come on man, that`s a pathetic argument.

EXCEPT: you FAILED to actually provide any `white men` who recieved the free ride BHO got: to whit: you`ve proven the OPPOSITE of racism. ALL other PotUS candidates were vetted, ALL of them. The freaking SENATE held an investigation into MacCain`s eligibility.

You`re delusional to think `race` has anything to do with it, or that you`ve "provided evidence" of anything.

@rikakitty: GWB released ALL his student stuff: SAT (1206 iirc) transcripts, thesis papers, the works!
BHO used his lawyers to BLOCK all access to ANY of his records. NO SAT, no transcripts, no tehsis papers (even though they are supposed to be `public record` eh?)

That`s the difference. Not `race` but `what`s he hiding` - the most transparent PotUS evah!

I`m aware of that @sbeelz! It`s just that, on an "official" document they use offically approved words. Back in the day they said "white" and "negro" without any hint of prejudice. Using two `pc` terms in 1961 seems... odd? Out of place?

vv @xbx214 not only that, but BHO Senior already had a wife back in Kenya.

vv @StudentLaw you`re just telling lies now. There is NOT ONE person alive who witnessed BHO`s birth. That`s not conspiracy, it`s just plain fact. I doubt there`s anyone alive who witnessed MY birth either! (Mom was unconsious at the time, eh?)
How many white presidents...
@almightbob1, you`re so full of fail! ALL previous presidential candidates produced the required documents, ALL of them. NOT BHO! Thus, it must be RACE that seperates them!

Don`t you think they should? If it takes the publication of the long-form birth certificate to convince people that Obama is a US citizen, surely the public shouldn`t accept anything less from future candidates?

Because to set the standard of proof at "long-form birth certificate" for the black guy, and then lower it for a white guy, is racist. Plain and simple.

No, but I`ll call her wrong.

How many people stated on camera or in testimony that he was born in Hawaii? How many hospital staff confirmed it? How many officials say they had seen all the documentation they needed as proof? How many more are employed to do exactly that kind of legal checking task during any change in administration?

How many 50-year-old newspaper microfilm archives have the birth announcement in them?
Liberals throw out racism when they have no argument.
I provided my argument as to why repeatedly ignoring overwhelming evidence for a black man`s citizenship while accepting without question a white man`s citizenship is racist. You can read it below.

almightybob: I think you are forgetting the fact that Obama`s Keyan grandmother said on camera that he was born in Kenya and was a muslim.

So unless you`re willing to call his African grandmother racist, your point is moot.

The same controversy would`ve sprang up against McCain for the fact that he was born in the Panama Canal Zone. Liberals, like madest, are already doubting Donald Trump`s BC.

It had nothing to do with race, it had to do with eligibility.

And once again I`ll state, I never believed that Obama was not born in Hawaii, but I do think it would be more informative, about his character, to see his college records released to the public.
Just because people question/ed his citizenship, does not make them racist.
No, it didn`t. But ignoring all the evidence that was previously provided and positing a conspiracy, just because he`s black, IS racist.

How many white presidents have had their citizenship continually questioned for 3 years after their election?

Normally, it gets checked as procedure and ignored. Because Obama is black, he had to make his short form birth certificate public and numerous doctors and nurses had to come out and say "yes I was there", and that STILL wasn`t enough.

And, surprise surprise, the long form STILL isn`t enough for some people! He should have produced it earlier! Suspicious, eh? There don`t seem to be any flaws with it... which only proves he spent all this time perfecting the forgery!!

Spare me.

@number43:

It`s not racist to demand a birth certificate from anyone wanting to become President.

But when the man has repeatedely proven - and not just by him self, but by independent sources and officials from Hawaii, when people have even witnessed him as an infant in Hawaii, when he has been able to go through what must be a considerate process to even become a presidential candidate within the Democratic party, when in conclution there has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the man is legally American born - to still abuse the public with the foolish notion that a man who is born in a country consistent of immigrants` parents children still somehow is "unamerican"... THEN there would be nothing but pure ignorance to assume that it has nothing to do with the mans African heritage.

davidildo: Bush administration auditors tried to shut it down in 2005, there are several videos on youtube detailing the vitriol democrats shown toward them, saying that there was nothing wrong with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Quite simply the auditors warnings were not heeded because the democrats were getting large campaign donations from the likes of Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, UBS, Morgan Stanley and others who benefited later from the bank bailouts.

How is it racist? It`s racist to assume that every time someone has a problem with Obama it`s because of his race. You`re the one bringing race into it.

I had to give my birth cert to HR when I got my job. And I think a job where it clearly states you must be US born, should require some proof of that. It`s an issue because the guys father was from Kenya and he spent some of his childhood in Indonesia. And it`s come up again, because it`s almost election time.

I, for one, believe he`s US born. But I also think it`s entirely legitimate to require proof of US birth. BTW the layered pdf doesn`t really help quell the issue either.

Obama must have been upset when the whole birthing thing started. It`s clearly racist, and i bet he has been very reluctant to giving in to racism and "releasing" his BC. Hence the long wait. It`s a valid argument for not releasing it. But in the end they had to give up. Not giving into racism is one thing. But when all the important messages drown, and you have an upcoming election, it must be more important to just end the debate.

@5Cats- The word Caucasian has been around for a long time. When I was growing up, we had a textbook from the 19th century that used that term to refer to white people. And I`m pretty sure the word "African" has ALWAYS been used to refer to people born in Africa.

@frEbAsnSuga- No, he`s always said he was named after his father.

Birthers- Yeah, of course the president "could" fake a birth certificate. But if you`re going around accusing Obama of not being a US citizen without any evidence whatsoever besides the supposed lack of a US birth certificate, and you`re then unwilling to accept the legitimacy of the birth certificate when it`s produced, then you`re either a total moron or a troll, which pretty much classifies you as a total moron anyway.

IN 1997 Clinton lowered the amount people had to put down to get a house. It then became a "safe" investement
In 1999 Clinton repealed the Glass Steagall act that split investment banking from Commercial banks. Whoops.
Clinton also passed Gramm–Leach–Bliley act, which allowed commercial banks to mege with investment banks. This put all of the banks eggs in one basket. THis stuff was banned after the Great Depression for a reason.

Bush didn`t shut it down when he had a chance, but it was started under Clinton.

We did go into a recession that lasted less than a year, then climbed out of it for six years and fell back into one in 2007. The GDP declined less than .5% after the Dot Bomb. In 2007 it dropped over 4%.

Less than 1 year after the collapse of the largest decade in history is pretty impressive. I do not give Bush any credit for the fact that it was small. As I said, he dropped the ball by trying to milk the economy for what he could instead of killing off the housing bubble when it started.

I understand what you are trying to say, but let me explain something first. In the US Military, we don`t need passports for official Government business. All I need are military orders and I have been around the world in the last 14.5 years. Two more things: (1) Obama is our Commander In Chief and (2) ANYONE of any other country can join the US Military without being a citizen. This is little known fact, but true nontheless.

I am not saying that Obama doesn`t need a passport to travel, but to me, it seems very unlikely that he would for official purposes. I mean, if I don`t... why would he? And if the Russian native (Non US Citizen) Marine I work with doesn`t... well...

Yeah he spent millions keeping it in his underwear drawer so people like you would look stupid. Fact is you can`t get a passport without birth certificate. Birthers wouldn`t know that. Hawaii had it on display for all tards to see. The people who refused to believe it were racists.

Know what offends me the most about all of this... There are people whose sole job is to make sure that the candidates for presidency meet the qualifications for it such as being born in this country, and a bunch of pompous non-nice individuals who think they know better will completely ignore the fact and say because they weren`t there at president obama`s birth so he must not be american. I know someone in the department of defense who had to get vetted and as a result doesn`t like going to her home town because they had multiple people asking around about her to strangers she went to highschool with as well as family friends(part of the vetting process) and now she feels awkward around them all. Donald Trump is the biggest moron in the universe and has offended me not only by his racist accusations but by suggesting that the people responsible for vetting the president did not do there job. drat You Sir!

1st, I never questioned his citizenship.
2nd, McCain released his birth certificate
3rd, Michigan Law Review wrote a brief explaining why McCain "cannot be President: Eleven months and a hundred yards short of Citizenship"
4th, McCain`s qualifications were also challnged by prof. Gabriel J Chin and a seperate lawsuit went to the federal court that contested it.
5th, One of Obama`s advisors wrote a memorandum about McCains citizenship. (laurence H. Tribe)

The whole idea of him saying he has better things to do with his time is just a joke considering that he is under criticism for spending too much time campaigning, golf, and basketball. This would have took all of 30 seconds if he didn`t grandstand and give a big ol` speech behind it.

@college: For a lot of us, it wasn`t an issue, we were just curious. And now I hear his excuse and that makes me curious as well. I`m not trying to have him removed, I think that would be the worse thing for our country now. Just what he said doesn`t make sense and it`s Ok for the rest of us to go, "Huh?"
@madest: It has nothing to do with the corporate America or Oil tycoons. It`s common sense. If you bring in x amount of Money you can not spend an amount over x without borrowing. You cannot borrow every year for infinity. You HAVE to pay up sometime. You cannot sustain a positive debt yearly. And in a time when a majority of Americans are screaming to reduce spending, Obama asked to have the debt ceiling raised. The man is committing political suicide. You watch the next election, it will be a fiscal conservative because that`s what the nation wants.

No madest, we are going to vote fiscal conservative because the government`s spending combined with the printing of money is combining to devalue the dollar. This is causing inflation, unemployment, and a collapsed housing market. DO you ever look at your budget and say, "hey, I`m so far in the hole, I`ll never get my bills paid off. I`d better get a loan!"

Well, neither should the government. And Obama comes in and spends more money than the last nut Job.

That is what Tea bagger`s are looking for, not a republican, a fiscal conservative. And if you don`t think Obama is in trouble look at the last election for congress. That was a BIG swing in power.

I had to get a second birth certificate because my original was destroyed in a house fire;
The one the state of Iowa looks almost exactly like this only the paper says Iowa and it`s blue. It kind of does look like a copy, but hey, that`s what the state gave me.

But, as I said, he shouldn`t HAVE to release it when people asked. The state of Hawaii had ALREADY confirmed that he was born there (several times). He just wanted to put it to rest so people can focus on real problems, not loony conspiracy theories.
I fear there was no point though. :/ Crazies will be crazy.

True, most of the vocal birthers seemed a bit nutty - but for the many people who had some lingering doubts (still birthers) this isn`t a slap in the face. If I was a birther, it would mean that I had some doubts about if he was really born in the States. If this proved it, I would say - oh, ok. Moving on now.
so how come it took so long for them to release it?
back in the day, after an adoption birth records were automatically sealed to protect mothers who gave up children. Unfortunately, this meant that in the case of a step-father adoption a child {as in the case of Obama} his birth record was sealed and it took time to get Hawaii to release it. The "sealed birth record" was another conspiracy theory floating around for a while.

But I predict the release of the birth record will have no impact on Americans. We don`t like to confuse issues with facts.

I saw the video. Here`s the thing. If someone told me to produce my birth certificate, all I`d have to do is go to my filing cabinet, scan it and email it to whomever needed it. it would take about 30 seconds.

Obama could have shut up his doubters so fast.

Also, has anyone commented on how this looks like a copy of his birth certificate? Wasn`t the problem that his BC was destroyed when the hospital he was born in was flooded or something?

@Mikey Tea-Partiers and birthers are 2 separate groups. Tea-Partiers are average everyday Americans, fed up with the Washington BS. Birthers are the same people as the 9/11 truthers, and are not truly a part of the conservative movement. So before you start lumping the 2 together, make sure you know your facts.

That sucks, I was really hoping there would be something on it that would merit trying to hide it. I mean I don`t doubt he was born in the US, just was hoping for some reason behind the nonsense.

I do find it odd that his father put African as his race though. I`m probably wrong but I always assumed "African" was a nationality. I even know a guy who was from Africa and was white. That kind of thing always confuses the hell out of me. And his mother put Caucasian as race as opposed to say "Irish" or "English". When I was a little kid I used to see commercial on TV for "The United Negro College Fund". So I always believed that negro was the proper word for someone who was of the black race. So anyway, whats the deal there.

Watch the vid where Obama talks about why he finally released it. He clearly states, `I have better things to do.`

It was confirmed before he released it, but he was annoyed that while congress was working on a budget bill, the networks were still rambling on about his "suspect" birth place. It`s all really silly and he shouldn`t have had to do it...

At least it shut Trump up. I was really sick of seeing him embarrass himself on interviews.
