I`ve heard people use this as `giving someone a snow job/snowballing someone`... and it has to do with pretending to swallow after a beej, but then spitting the... uh, `contents` back into his mouth. Surefire way to put a damper on the evening, if you ask me.

"Snow job" is just a phrase that means scammed or conned. If someone got snowed, they got scammed. Sadly it`s not as dirty as people want to believe.
