Raokin: Where do you live? I hate snow and would love 80 degree Christmas. My husband is from the Bahamas and their temps get in to the lower 60s and sometimes 50s in winter.

I wish I lived some place where it snowed occasionally. I`m tired of 80 degree Christmases.

Kiwigirl, I`m not sure I`d want it to be 30 degrees celsius in January. I get enough of at least that 9 months out of the year.

Expect this `til May, gotta love Newfoundland.

Yes, @5Cats, May (Optimistically April, but we have had it in Newfoundland in June).

vv @Angelmassb! We were discussing this while taking the kids out for walkies! Today it was snowing in nice puffy flakes for a change, eh?

@davymid, hope you lifted with your legs, not your back, eh? We got about 5 CM but in Winnipeg it doesn`t melt until MARCH!

Emigrated to Canada exactly one year ago today. And for the first time had to spend my entire evening shovelling 3 feet of snow off the driveway.

Yep, gotta get me a pair of these.
