tainteddeity, if you dont have to look at figures and tables all day everyday it may not make sense to you. i dont think all of the IABers have to read textbooks constantly.

Oh wow, nobody gets it?

It says Fig 1 and Fig 2, usually used in text books to mean Figure 1 or Figure 2 when including diagrams and stuff. In this case, they`re literally figs.
And... now it`s not funny. :(
