He and Chuck Norris would have a hell of a battle...imo... shear will and BALLS would keep it close...After he was asked "There was zero chance that the snake river jump was going to be successful and you know this then why do you still try and attempt the jump?" his reply.... "Do you know who the hell I am?" Enough said!

Well, keep in mind the guy broke every bone in his body, multiple times, it is not surprising that he had limited mobility in his old age.

Am I the only one imagining him driving up to a ramp on that thing just before a custom rocket strapped to the back ignites and carries him over 90 burning buses?

He was an amazing man, I was lucky enough to know him. If he liked something enough to put his name on/in it.. he was damn proud to do so - and you do what you have to do.

Granted.. had somebody made fun of him riding that in person.. they may have gotten a bat to the head...

I said amazing man, not "amazing man you`d ever want to eff with"

Nobody held a gun to his head and forced him to do it. They just flashed a paycheck and he said yes. Yes, it`s kind of sad but he chose to do it.
