    christ nothing is going to happen in 2012! it never does, there are so many doomsday dates, absolutely nothing happens on them. Personally i`m quite excited by the future, technology wise.

    Whoever wrote this doesn`t really understand how the internet works and evolves. Also, scientists already know what dark matter is (simple version is that it`s regular matter that`s out of "phase" with the observer), it`s dark energy that`s the problem.

    a lot of this just seems like speculation backed with more speculation. I think we will look back on this article and chuckle about how optimistic we were about the future, which is how it always happens.
