Vi, that`s an R, not a P. If you look at the text, it`s mirror-like and you can barely see where it`s curved over.

    I have a theory:
Japanese people are actually excellent English speakers. They just make products like this on purpose to make us go, "What?".

In Japan, the swastika is called manji. Since the Middle Ages, it has been used as a coat of arms by various Japanese families. On Japanese maps, a swastika (left-facing and horizontal) is used to mark the location of a Buddhist temple. The right-facing manji is often referred to as the gyaku manji (逆卍, lit. "reverse manji"), and can also be called kagi jūji (literally "hook cross").

Asakusa, been there, done that, not a swastica, looks like one, but isn`t. That place is a pain to walk through occasionally, but hey there are some good things there.

Honestly, I`m more concerned with the lack of an apostrophe on the "whats" than the Engrish of the shirt.

"Forget the apostrophe, what about the swastika above dude`s head, just to the left?"

That refers to the Buddhism side of it I`m assuming and is also used in Hinduism and Jainism religions. "The swastika symbol (right-hand) is alleged to have been stamped on Gautama Buddha`s chest by his initiates after his death. It is known as The Heart`s Seal" as stated on google.

    *sigh*
If the legs of the swastika point anticlockwise then it`s an Eastern religious symbol to do with Hinduism/Buddhism.

etrg92=fail... it`s an effing sun-wheel. a swastika is on a 45 degree tilt, which is a subject left to another discussion. In conclusion: Japan=Nippon which means "land of the sun". see how that all comes `round? oh, also, I think this is the Nip version of WTF...
