That isn`t really advertising for a phone, rather it is displaying the large capability for a ground breaking new technology that some have said will change the world of science. And things that could take years to solve, could take half the time because the new lens is so advanced and portable that it can be used to send photos of tiny objects, including microscopic cells, that normally would have to be transfered to a lab to study.

This isn`t just a additional feature for your phone that you would just go and buy, it doesn`t really need advertising at all.

"i think weeks is an understatement, i would go with months to make, isnt it 1000 frames=1 second?"

Ehhrrmmmm...No

The Human Eye goes a maximum of 60 FPS. 3D animations go anywhere between 30-60 FPS. For all of them that are left, HAND drawn cartoons go around 25-45 FPS based on the scene. 1000 FPS would be a enourmous waste of time and about 940 wasted frames that would never be seen per second.

Best example of this is a movie theater....Believe it or not that screen is actually flashing. But it flashes at such a frequncy that you do not notice. Any slower and you would see it, any faster and the film that is used (Yes movie theaters still use giant rolls of film) would burn very qquickly.

This video was cool up to the point where you find out it is an advertisment for a phone. Cut out the advertisment, cool.....By leaving it you affiliate yourself with the money grubbing true art stiffling big business

probably shot at either 12 or 15fps. stop motion is never over 30fps (pal tv) I`ve never animated higher than 60fps as it`s pointless

FPS varies in any video...any anyway this was likely to be around 15

Aardman also made the MILK! MILK! adverts, Pib and Pob, Morph, Rex The Runt, Angry Kid, Creature Comforts (and the British Gas "turn off and on-able" adverts), basically all the coolest stop animation in the whole damn world. Oh and Wallace & Gromit are on this year`s Christmas Royal Mail stamps. They are currently making something about pirates, any questions? check out http://www.aardman.com

GUYS IT`S A NOKIA VIRAL ADVERT OMG!!!

Gorgack2000, always on the lookout for viral adverts.

...But yeah that aside this was really well done, which isn`t surprising considering Aardman did it. Had a nice littlebigplanet feel to it.
