I think we can be relatively certain about a couple of things:

1) the empress was in charge of sending the copy to the printer, and

2) the empress is a nymphomaniac.

Some of the things you can kind of guess what they tried to say.... but then comes "it is cool to fudge the empress.."

@frajola I was just about to say. It seems whenever something gets translated wrong f*ck is one of the words that shows up.
I wonder what word keeps getting translated as drat
According to the link MrPeabody gave, it`s a word indicating action, a doing of something. Which is an appropriate coincidence considering that `do` can have the same meaning in English and it`s possible that the root for the word IAB uses frequently but won`t allow in comments meant "to do, to act".

Apparently the use of a simplified alphabet for Chinese compounds the problem because it results in different words having the same characters, so the original meaning could be various things.

Weirdly, it still makes enough sense to get the message across.

As long as the emperor doesn`t find out, of course :)

* Quiet, You! *

Sorry I couldn`t resist, haha I used to love that show (reruns) along with Rocky & Bullwinkle. The Simpsons just added to it`s awesomeness with that Halloween episode. Gotta love those crazy Asian Wig instructions... Lost in Translation!

If you don`t want to read the link I posted below, it is because the Chinese words have multiple meanings and the software used to translate does not consider context or multiple meanings. It should have been translated "After cool drying comb...".

Because the Emperor`s wife (ie, the Empress) doesn`t mind how many guys bang her on a regular basis.

I see "It`s cool to f--k the empress" on many of these engrish things. Will somebody explain why?

Or is it actually cool to f--k the empress. I mean, is that even an option?

"blow the breeze with electricity"

I feel like this would be an excellent way to explain hair dryers to a time traveler from the 1800s.

Sure, it`s all fun and games, until you BLOW THE BREEZE WITH ELECTRICITY.

After that, consequences will never be the same.
