What controversy? It got hit by parts of the twin towers, which tore massive holes in it. It collapsed. No controversy, just some people who see conspiracies everywhere. There are always those for anything that has any human involvement.

One would have to question how a building could fall on it`s own footprint, and for the collapse to be cause only by fire. Additionally, why wasn`t Building 7 never part of the official 9/11 investigation?

First of all, "The Shot"s came from the book depository.

Second of all, building 7`s lower floors were weakened so badly by the falling of 1 and 2, that it couldn`t support its own weight.

Go outside and take a sledgehammer, and knock all the supports columns off your house, and see how long it stands.

    Moving on.

I saw a show that addressed why Kennedy`s head went backwards (it was the force of the bullet fragments exiting the skull), so the theory of him being shot from the front is pretty much disproved. The WTC B7 theory is also pretty much wrong, just fodder for trolls.

    1. Like as said before, the JFK shot appears to be his face exploding like an exit wound and if you watch it closely, his head only moves back and to his left slightly after the bullet has passed through. If it were a shot from in front his head would have snapped backwards.

    2. I haven`t looked into the WTC Building 7 issue enough to make a comment.

Its pretty sad that the moment anyone questions the official version of events they are immediately castigated and likened to loony nutjobs.

Can you really not think of anything more original than `tin foil hats` and `kool aide drinking`? It just reeks of Bill O`Reily, Rush Limbaugh, and Glenn Beck talking points.

Address the argument, not the persons character.

Yeah the Zapruder film is just so horrific even if you`ve seen it hundreds of times. It gives you a real sense of the tragedy it was.

Building 7 is odd but it`s not Zapruder odd. Steel framed building shouldn`t collapse from fire. The twin towers did but they were structurally damaged. There is a mystery there but it will never catch the attention of the public like the assasination of Kennedy did.

    @ Wildcats2008
You have watched too many movies. If JFK was shot in the face that does not mean his head would be pushed back, it depends on the caliber of the bullet. If he was shot with a 40 cal or 45 cal hand gun his head might be pushed back due to the fact that these calibers distribute a lot of energy on to there targets and do a lot of damage on contacted. But if he was shot with a 9mm hand gun or a high powered riffle like a 30.06 his head would would not be pushed in any direction because these rounds are super sonic and penetrate nice and clean and transfer only a small out of energy into the target. I would say by what this video shows that the head shot came from the side exploding his head open on the side when the bullet entered or grazed him, or the shot cam from in front of him and his head exploding is a result of the bullet exiting.

    Also, Zapruder isn`t odd.

It clearly shows the bullet exiting the front, and the skull parts and face flying forward away from his head causes his head to snap back.

Any action causes and equal and opposite reaction.

Question go ahead but don`t ignore reason. Every single time a conspiracy theorist (arm chair experts) are confronted with scientists independant or government they discredit the knowledge and logical proof as covering up.

As for the JFK theory Penn and Teller with very little money recreated it no problem.

AS for the seventh building http://www.debunking911.com/pull.htm everything you may question and then the logical answers are on this page. It`s called Occams razor and this is a lot more likely then the conspiracy theories which would involved hundreds if not thousands of officials and government people to lie

Even if Building 7 did collapse from fire (it didn`t), why shouldn`t a steel building collapse from fire? Steel looses half it`s strength at just over 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Fires burning hotter than the are not unheard of. Loss of half of it`s structural integrity would cause any building to collapse.

In order to pull this feat off the scumbag known as George Bush would need a lot of people to blow up the poo then cover it up. Do you really think that he has that many people loyal to him, and that not one of them has said anything in 10 years? I highly doubt that the government could pull this off without anyone leaking it to the press. We can`t even keep illegals out of the country for God sakes.

So when everyone is being told to leave the building he expects a full control room? and them not to have evacuated by time he made it to control room?

@davymid is right. By the way, ballistics and the effects of such on the body are not what the author of this thinks.

The head pulls back as if he is hit very hard in the upper back/lower neck. The skull bursts open from the exit area. So your head would thus be thrust back away from the release of all that energy.

Put a firecracker in an apple, all the way to one side and burst it. Which way does the Apple roll? To or way from the expulsion of it`s inner mass?

The only conspiracy here, is how does this guy ask you for money for such a crazy bs conspiracy. It`s like a cult, praying on your weakness, wanting to believe more you pay into the BS with money.

Anybody who`s reasonably educated can tell that the official 911 report is in no way legitimate.

For those of you struggling with the notion of your own government staging an attack, perhaps you should try researching the Gulf of Tonkin Incident or the deliberated provocation and permitted retaliation of the Japanese that lead to Pearl Harbor.

Hitler used the burning of the Reichstag to pass the Reichstag Fire Decree to essentially establish the Nazi empire by stripping civil liberties. Hmm, I wonder what Bush established when he brought down the towers and passed the Patriot Act. Bonus points to anyone who figures.

@rexusdiablos anyone with a brain or is reasonably educated thinks opposite. The ones not believing it aren sitting in their basements replaying footage over and over again.

Yes all incidents were capitalised on not created by the Us government. As for Japan they provoked Japan with oil bans and warnings to stop their expansion which was a direct threat to USA unlike the europe theatre an ocean away.

It would be like if IRAN or N.Korea Nuked USA you saying they provoked it to introduce new laws and gain more power.

What makes you think I hate the government? Those are your words not mine. I know my government lies. They lie so often it`s second nature but I don`t hate my government. I find William Rodriguez to be completely honest and forthcoming. So did our government because he had a top secret security clearance. He worked at WTC for 19years. He interviewed before the 9/11 commission and his testimony was taken in secret.
Tactically for Al Qaeda a ground attack to coincide with an air attack would be smart. I think there`s a lot we don`t know about 9/11 but I don`t hate my government.

I mean the whole rationale of the 9/11 conspiracy is to get us into war right? So why would they not take steps to keep the war legitimate? @Madest I took that wrongful opinion from tone of message and point of stating government is always lieing. (its not that massive a leap to make) but i apologize I was wrong to attribute that to you.

But I still say other points were valid and that everything that any truther has come up with has been explained away. While he may believe his version of events, many others disagree. Even after a car crash when police interview to ascertain what happened, even though its been 30 minutes ago everyone will have a different version and story. The most stories which are the same, the emergency services and fireman who were evacuating and inside the buildings are the ones to believe.

A ground attack would involve a lot more planning and effort with nothing to gain which the planes were going to accomplish. And what would the gov. have to hide about a ground attack?

What the secrecy and hiding from reports are, that they should have realised an attack was coming, a

I haven`t studied solid mechanics and structural engineering for 3+ years for some douchebags to go "yeah I don`t know sh*t about engineering but they can`t collapse from fire."

High temperatures f*cks up steel like you wouldn`t even be able to imagine. Any solid mechanics 101 book will tell you that.

Or better yet, if you refuse to read anything but the bible, replicate the experiment. Build a scale model of the twin towers and set them on fire. Watch. Learn. Understand.

And yeah, a small building like the one in the video wouldn`t stand half a skyscraper falling down on top of it. Then again, I have no idea what that building is because the video doesn`t tell anything. Could just be a random building blown up by a demolition crew.

One would have to question how a building could fall on it`s own footprint,

Only if one had no idea how tall buildings are constructed and doesn`t think about what happens when thousands of tonnes of material drops directly on top of a seriously weakened building.

and for the collapse to be cause only by fire.

    i) Why are you claiming that fire was the only cause? Is that your favoured strawman for your conspiracy? You`re seriously expecting people to believe that everything else was a mass hallucination? Caused by mind-altering rays from alien technology, perhaps.

ii) Steel becomes far weaker when heated. Stuff held up by steel stops being held up if the steel is weakened enough.

Additionally, why wasn`t Building 7 never part of the official 9/11 investigation?

There is an official explanation. Those with faith in conspiracy don`t believe it. The official investigation was a waste

A perfect example of why the government needn`t bother with official reports.

People who have faith in their special knowledge of conspiracies impossible to implement without alien technology and mind control (and yes, those things would be necessary for this alleged conspiracy to work) ignore any investigations, so what`s the point in spending taxpayer`s money on them?

HunterKiller...do you really believe that the report issued is a fake one being passed off as official? That`s what you wrote, but it seems a bit weird. Of course, given your strange faith, "a bit weird" is to be expected.

@Madest I`m going to clarify my point as you got it wrong. I havent said he lied but is confused. I was giving an example with the car crash that peoples accounts can be different even if they are all telling the truth , as its subjective to your perception of it and what you remember will very easily be different to someone else`s.

He himself says of the 76 people who died at top of restaurant he knew them all. It is significant trauma even if handnt also felt the shock waves and seen the wreckage. He has had mental trauma in past but doesent mean he would be immune to this. His memory of the events counter to majority of others. This single mans testimony doesn`t equate to conspiracy. Not lied but traumatised. But as you said my mind is made up as you haven`t given sufficient evidence for it to change it. As is yours because you believe I haven`t done so either....

Mothrog, building 7 was on the World Trade Center site. That is to say that there were more than just the twin towers on Ground Zero.

It collapsed from fire on 9/11 hours after the towers went down. (No offense to the truthists; it is purported to have collapsed from fire.)

They were right, we are weak and cowardly and we will never rise up against them. On December 21,2012 the true "Messiah" will reveal herself and we will all pay for our cowardice.

Building 7 sure, but hold on one second here. That footage of JFK (I`ve never seen it that clear before) doesn`t add up. You can CLEARLY see the exit wound come from the front of his head. His head jerks forward for a split second and then as death immediately ensued, his body then fell backwards (presumably because there weren`t any muscles holding him upright in a moving vehicle so he would naturally fall in the opposite direction the car was going). As well as the flap of skin hanging from his forehead which would only be the result of an exit wound.

To me, this video just debunked the whole "grassy knoll" theory.

One thing that has always got me thinking, regardless of an inside job or not. Why the WTC and the pentagon. Sure, the buildings have important meanings but destroying them wont stop anything. Why attempt to kill at most 30,000 people? Why not fly those 4 planes into 4 of the 15 MLB games going on that same day and have a chance to kill 150,000 people? Why not do it on a sunday and pick 4 NFL stadiums and kill 300,000+ people? To me, that`s a MUCH bigger statement to make than ultimately killing only 3,000 people...more people die by accidental falling each year...

"Why the WTC and the pentagon"
There were CIA offices in the WTC.

"...than ultimately killing only 3,000 people..."
There were many more people in those building than there were casualties, probably near 11000 on a quite day. The people that chose to use planes didn`t realize that their targets were among the few buildings on Earth actually designed to withstand jet collisions.

    @Stelly:

That is a good point. The people that did this were not really thinking on that scale I suppose, maybe they wanted to send a message more than have a body count. The message was receidved, that`s for sure. But if I wanted a body count... the stadium idea would be a good one. Considering not only would many die, but the sports franchise would take a huge hit, morale would be extremely low and anger would be just as epic.

I have often thought of what I would do if I wanted to cause the most damage. Since I am in the military and have been to the Pentagon before 9/11 and the day after, I knew that I would never choose that place. Not enough people, low profile building, built old school solid and had been under construction to have kevlar windows placed at time of attack. Not a good target.

I don`t think you understand my avatar. Anyone stupid enough to have the Mets as their avatar must be a TRUE fan. Having gone to MANY games at Shea and Citi field (including the last game at Shea and the first game at Citi field). I know that if a bowing 787 came crashing through the stadium on one side at 500+ mph and into the seating on the other side thousands more would die than on 9/11. The upper deck would easily collapse onto the lower deck. A football stadium would be even more catastrophic being a 360 degree stadium. All those cameras angles? Live TV? Superstar athletes dying? Come on...

Just FYI "On a typical weekday 50,000 people worked in the towers with another 200,000 passing through as visitors."

The idea that the reason for targeting the WTC for a body count is actually unlikely. If they hit the towers in the middle of the workday instead of early, you`d have seen a death toll near 20K. It is unlikely the (comparatively) low death toll was a screwup.

This is what led analysts to believe that the point was it being a high profile, valuable, target. Possibly an attempt to attack the US economy.

No serious analyst thought "death toll" was the reasoning for choosing the WTC, that was politicians.

Not sure why I`m adding that, I`ve read the comments but not seen the video yet, so I`m responding to them.

    @Stelly:

The twin towers were built to withstand a collision with the biggest jetliner of the time. I believe it was a 707. But, that was 30 years before 9/11. The jets that hit WTC 1 & 2 where twice as big as the 707.

Also, the buildings did survive the initial impact. It was the fire that weakened the metal frame of the building which eventually led to catastrophic failure of the structure.

If you don`t believe that fire can melt metal, just google images of burned out buildings with metal beams and you`ll see that the metal is all twisted and warped by the heat.

As for building 7, a compromised foundation and structure plus raging fire could easily explain it`s collapse.

I know this won`t change anyones minds but it needed to be said. And for those who don`t think Bin Laden was behind the attacks, don`t you remember that he tried to blow up the WTC before 9/11? Or was Bush responsible for that as well. Wait, that happened d

@yarrrpirate - In NO WAY WHATSOEVER do I think that 9/11 was a conspiracy. I think that the public know what happened and nothing crucially ballbusting is being hidden. But don`t think you can disprove a theory with a bit of calculations. You have no idea the factors that come into play when taking into account the structural engineering of the building and the damage it went through. There would be an infinite number of calculations that would prove and disprove this theory, and they would all be wrong.

No! An I-beam is an I-beam. Whether it`s in the WTC or on Mars, it doesn`t matter. The physical principles still apply. There`s no such thing as "proving a theory" or "doing a bit of calculations", these are theories and principles that have been well established since the 19th century, and have been used to build every single building in the Western World since.

We know exactly the kind of loads and deformations the beams went through, there are no magic or black boxes at play here. But as I said before, try it yourself: build a small tower analog made of structured beams made from the same steel alloy and set it on fire with jet fuel. See what happens. Until then, please shut the f*ck up, you don`t know more than the engineers who work with this daily, nor can you just claim out of your ass that there are unknown factors at play, when there aren`t any.

    Ignoring your unnecessary rudeness.
    1) You missed MY point. You asked "why not a more populated target."
I responded: "The targets each had >>military significance.<<"
    2) None of the targets struck collapsed instantly. Even the official explanation attributes the timing of the collapses to jet fuel fires. The buildings DID >>survive the initial impacts<< long enough for most occupants to evacuate.
The person that designed the WTC was given "jet impact resistance" (727 at that time) as a task because of a collision 20 years earlier. A bomber hit the Empire State building.
The architect/engineer was from Detroit where there is another building he designed on the same platform: Coleman A. Young Municipal Center or City/County Building, looks just like a smaller version of the WTC buildings. Even the elevators are the same.

@Angilion! I guess I should have given a link. I thought everyone KNOWS the "magic bullet" is required by the Warren Comission to explain how all that damage was done by just ONE bullet!
    Magic (Single) Bullet

    Official Story is this:
Oswald fired 3 bullets, no more no less.
The 3rd hits JFK`s head. The 2nd hits the car, missing all passengers.
Thus the FIRST bullet had to:
    -pass through the president
-hit the governer`s arm, shattering the bone
-hit the governer`s leg, shattering the bone
Even if you line them up so the bullet doesn`t have to change directions in mid-flight, the Magic Bullet is STILL impossible, just LOOK at it!

Remember, this isn`t "A bullet" it is THE very bullet which did all the damage, yet it isn`t damaged at all! Not according to crazy conspiracy nutz, this is the conclusion of the Warren Comission itself.
Without the MB, there`s no actual link to Oswald`s rifle (the other two bullets couldn`t be matched, they were too broken up). No fingerprints, no confession, no witness who saw him shooting.

The Magic Bullet is obviously a fake, planted later to link Oswald`s rifle to the crime.

According to the OS: this bullet stayed in Connally`s pants after he was shot. It fell out when he was transfered from one stretcher to another inside the hospital. It then lay on the stretcher which was moved down a hallway without ANYONE noticing it. A few hours later two men spotted the bullet.

Oh yeah, the bullet also passed through Connally`s chest.

So I ask, who seriously believes in "the magic bullet" anymore?
So: without the MB, there had to be a 4th shot. A 4th shot requires a second shooter, ok?

Without the Zapruder film, the governmment (or whoever actually did it) might have gotten away with it...

Whoops, it didn`t stike Connally`s leg bone, it did wound his leg though.
On it`s way through Connally`s chest, it destroyed a rib, that`s where my re-counting of it`s magical travels got confused :)

    So it:
    -passed through JFK
-hit Connally`s chest, destroying a rib
    -hit Connally`s wrist, shattering it
-hit his leg, first embedding then falling out.

I`ll leave my 9/11 theories for later, lolz! Hey they`re not as crazy as some :) Most of the 9/11 Official Story is believable... most of it.
