@madest
just because you like a book doesn`t mean you agree with it.

Mur I briefly saw the name "Glen beck" in the comments. Thats enough reason for me to never see this movie and never return to this particular page of IAB

this movie will be completely successful because it appeals to people as to making them feel smart.

"Michael Moore is NOT involved?
I`ll watch it! lolz!"

You`re a grown man in your 40`s, you really dont need to put "lolz" in every post you make.

So its coming out on itunes first then in theaters?

Never read the first one, but I picked up SuperFreakonomics (the sequel) and read it on the plane a couple of weeks ago. Very interesting read, I`ll be watching this one (and it`ll save me having to read the book!)

This book was awesome, but it looks as though the movie will be everything from the book... which is boring.

We had to read Freakonomics for my high school last year for summer reading. It was one of the few books that the kids liked, and the information presented was solid. Definitely and interesting find, and I can`t wait to see the movie :)

I wanted to watch the movie before, but now that I know the guys who did Super Size Me, Jesus Camp and The King of Kong are directing it, I want to watch it even more :)
I also want to watch the other two I haven`t seen...

WOW! What a phenominal discovery!

This looks about as insightful as SuperSize Me... that is not a compliment.

And don`t take my post as an incentive for a political flame-war. Please. I`m saying this because it`s happened before.

@Fantom2993 - Congratulations! You just made yourself look like an idiot. If you`d bothered to watch the video rather than just look at the preview image, you`d know that Morgan Spurlock is just one of six film directors making this film.

And @Yarrrpirate- You calling THEM pretentious is pretty ironic. The film is about people`s love for money, not capitalism*. Of course it`s obvious that people love money; the film`s just examining what people will do to obtain it (work hard, cheat in wrestling...)

Anyway now I got that out of the way... This trailer has got me interested. I watched Super Size Me last week and despite some flaws I enjoyed it. This looks even more interesting.

*Yes I know, they`re often the same thing har har har...

Looking forward to it but why does that steel drum theme have to be in the beginning of every trailer for a meant to be poignant film?

Ah, another lovely piece of pretentious drivel about a wordly and short-term broken system.

*insert fake, awkward laugh*

Stating the obvious: The Documentary.
