Quality Business 301:

Figure out what your business is. Find out what people doing business with you prefer in industry. Figure out how much it will cost to operate your business with the demands of the customer met and the demands of employees met. Inflate prices +70% to +300% higher than required to operate at desired level. Achieve quality status awards. Competition will drop prices and experience rapid growth. reduce markup by 50%, percieved bargain value + quantifiable quality + accumulated surplus profit = viability. Continue dropping prices over time, thus increasing the percieved bargain value of your premium product, until compeition cannot lower prices and continue to be viable yet also cannot raise prices without losing perceieved value, without dipping below +15% profitability. Business growth will be strong, slow and sustainable until market is dominated.

This company is playing into the formula... and they`re not on the winning end.

Honestly, if I had to stand for an hour, but my flight was $30, then I would do it.

Even 3 hours. It would suck, sure, but I stand around for hours at work.

They could also put seats on the wings, that would increase profits another 15%.

how many people are going to have to die before they figure out this might not be such a good idea. God, human greed and stupidity never cease to amaze me.

Ryan air never ends up being as cheap as you expect it to. You have to pay individually for every piece of luggage you want to bring on, and it ain`t cheap.
Yes, their flights have no luxuries, but they`re also INSANELY cheap. I just checked their website and I can fly from my local airport to Venice for £10 (one way). If you want some luxuries (I am one of them) then there are plenty other airlines to choose from, but for families on a strict budget Ryanair is a godsend.
I`d bet that the flight wouldn`t actually cost you £10.

Ryanair is cheap, but it`s not as cheap as it claims to be.

IT`S NOT FAIR!

Why can`t there be an airline this cheap in America? I don`t even care if I have to stand it it meant I could go anywhere I wanted in a day for 20 or 30 dollars.

I`d spend all summer flying around.

I love the idea of a `Fat Tax`- As Ricky Gervais said: "when i get a fat guy who has the same allowance as me i say `NO! he used his 50kg allowance on his tits!`"

My gut reaction is that I would stand if it meant super cheap airline tickets. The turbulence factor though...good point.

"Mr. O`Leary, you sir are a huge, greedy douchebag. It is already a pain in the ass to fly, and you plan to make people drating stand for 3 hours and pay to use the toilet? drat you, Mr. O`Leary, I hope they fire your ass. Have a nice day."
You`re from South America so I`m assuming you don`t understand RyanAir (chiefly a British company).
