If you were born in 1990 or later, you will laugh at this. If you were born in before 1975, prepare to feel your age...

May 27,1990, yes I giggled. But I also no in a few years the little kids will look back at our cd players, walkmans, big ass ipods, and vhs`s and wonder how the hell those things worked XD. They`ll laugh at us like some of us giggled and laughed at this. lol

I remember my uncle having the video camera with the VCR he had to carry around.. really kind of amazing how far the technology has come, just a week or so ago at work I was looking at a few of the video cameras and how they are now down to in some case, the size of a fist.

meh I prefer buying CDs to mp3`s. It`s always nice to have a hard copy for when a computer crashes or something like that. I`m not surprised CDs are still being sold, maybe that they`re still the same size, buuuut...

I was born in 84 and we had one of these. Not this particular brand of course but it was a VCR with a battery that hooked up to a video camera. It was sweet because after we upgraded I snagged the VCR to put in my room. Absolutely horrible quality though.

It moved pretty fast afterthat. Amazing that walmart still sells cd`s, has definately slowed down. It only took about 10 years to got from 8 track, to tapes, to cd and we have been stuck on them for about 20. Just saying suprised cds are still sold.

@ util and EricWRN it can`t be the name of the guy in the boat, otherwise it would be capitalized and they would be saying, "the five-pound camera has an optical viewfinder, zoom lens, and a guy in a boat"

Ivar...what are you laughing at? it is not like you invented a damn thing...in fact the same people that invented those giant cameras are the ones that apved the way for you to sit around on your ass all day playing with your iPod...bow down to your forefathers and thank them for their generous helping of fat inudcing lazy making tech they bestowed upon you!
