TheAmber Alertdoesent even work and causes problems. Statistically (in uk at least) child abductions etc are at all time lows but media create a lot of hysteria. Our society`s are getting gripped by fears of stuff which have been around for ages but gone down recently.

You don`t *need* a gun, but it really helps.

@guardiangnome your so right. Amber alert doesn`t even work. By the time the information is made public, the crucial time-frame for rescue is over. Get a gun, shoot the perv at the playground before he captures your kid.

(And I know how to spell "Pieces", I`m assuming some spelling changes as well as meaning changes).

Or, let me put it another way, language changes.

For example
"Wherefore art thou Romeo" means "WHY are you Romeo (and not someone else who I am allowed marry)".
Not "where are you, oh what a coincidence you`re under my balcony".

If in 1000 years, due to the changes in language, someone decides that the first Amendment means that people are allowed to assemble on the right of the prince, but can be shot (as is clear from the second amendment) if they stand on the left. Then their peaces are assembled on the right.

"right of the people peaceably to assemble"

They then all have to dress up, as their favourite grievance.

"redress of grievances"

Now, is "That sh*t in the constitution"? No.

Now, what did "Keep and Bear arms" mean in the 1700s. Was it "Own firearms" or was it "be part of a militia"?

Have fun.

Goaliejerry:

"BTW - The Supreme Court incorporated the 2nd Amendment to the states today, BITCHES!!!!!!! America LOVES US some individual rights to use a gun in self-defense! That s*its in the Constitution Yo!"

Actually, it isn`t. That`s why the supreme court had to say "It`s not just for Militias", and why it has only done so recently, and not say in the late 1700s.

Because in the late 1700s, that wasn`t the point, and hence, not what was written down.

All I can think of right now is the Gorillaz song "Kids with Guns", but "Moms with Guns" instead.

apparently no one who worked on this video understands that if you`re going to hold a rifle in your left hand, you need to change which side the cases come out on... otherwise you could get smacked in the head, like at 0:56

That made me want a gun MORE. I`m pretty sure any mom I know- pro or anti-gun, would pick up a gun to protect their child. Most moms would do anything.

they actually wasted money on that?

A commercial to convince people to be against child abductions.

Question: Who was in favor of it?
