@IamTheCAT

Kicking women there doesn`t do squat. Fighting off hordes of women who want me has taught the best cheap shot is a left hook to the breasts. Game over.

Reminds me of a joke from "Everybody Hates Chris"

"At my old school, when you got in trouble, you had to fight the principal!"

You know... kids dont get the sh*t smacked outta them often enough these days... beating leads to fear, fear leads to quiet cowarding, quiet cowarding leads to no reason to have to get beat. problem solved

Houston.....not surprising. It was a charter school for kids with behavioral problems, meaning kids with more attitude than Lindsay Lohan in a rehab clinic. Now I`m not saying she shoulda hit`em

but I understand.

I sincerely believe this is fake. That was probably his sister or a family member just playing a prank. It hardly looked like a teacher. Plus, I seriously doubt the kids in the background would be laughing if they saw that, especially at that age.

"The boy had been tormenting a handicapped girl and locked her in a closet."

If that`s true I`ll get in line to beat his tail next. Then I`ll lock him in the closet and throw away the key. He can get out when he figures out a way on his own. This isn`t some helpless little kid.

What a weak little faggot anyway. He got beat up by a girl at 13? I could have easily beaten a woman up at like, 11. What a lil pansy.

I have no problem with this. the reason we have so many mouthy kids today is because they hide behind the fact that they know if you lay a hand on them YOU are the one who gets in trouble.

I say more of these mouthy brats need this.

I got to the kick in the back and decided I don`t need to watch all of this to get a good enough idea...

Whilst it`s in no way excusable behaviour, teaching can be a very high-stress job. But it`s especially trying when you have in front of you a class of arrogant chimpanzees. I`ve been at a public secondary school for 6 years now that`s in an area irreversibly infested with chavs, and I`ve seen first hand how soul-crushing they can be. Teachers have screamed themselves hoarse, ran out crying, one even packed up and left after being called a sh*t teacher by someone who spent the whole time texting and bitching that she wasn`t being taught properly. The biggest problem is they think it`s all a game, or a competition. It almost makes ME want to smack them. It just seems like the only way to get some basic manners into them, because yelling just makes them think they`re winning. I hate them all and didn`t miss most of them leaving 2 years ago to build sheds and steal things for a

APJ311: I disagree with you. I am a teacher myself and I think you should never ever use violence against a child! If a child hit me, I`d call the police and have the child suspended or something. I would never hit back. A child is a child, I am supposed to be the adult; I wouldn`t stoop down to that level. Not even if the child in question is 18, as some of the kids I`m teaching are. They are still my students and I am their teacher.

I`m in high school at the moment and I absolutely hate the kids who provoke teachers in the knowledge that nothing can be done, but then will immediately try and get the teacher in trouble. I don`t think that there`s any reason that the case that Pandabee is referring to is in any way the teacher`s fault. A teacher even got taken to court for hitting a kid`s finger with a glue stick. It`s absolutely pathetic. If the attack is unprovoked, it`s a different story though.

I also hate when people say that the teacher`s "disgraceful" without even thinking about what the kid did. If a kid hits a teacher, the teacher should be able to hit back.

Kid probably had it coming. Nothing like a good smackdown to get the little miscreant`s attention.

Pandabee failed to mention that the kid involved in the UK case was a prolific trouble maker, and the kids were filming him on mobile phones to capture his reaction as they all chanted, "psycho psycho psycho!" Just after he returned to work after a period of leave due to stress.

We had a guy in th U.K. called Peter Harvey, who hit the 14-year-old with a 3kg (6.6lb) weight at All Saints` Roman Catholic School in Mansfield, last year. Harvey had returned to work after being signed off with depression and stress for several months. The science teacher shouted "die, die, die" as he bludgeoned a pupil with the weight after he swore at Harvey. The boy, who said he could not recall the attack, suffered a fractured skull. Harvey spent eight months on remand, then recieved a community order. The judge said `common sense` prevailed.

Yeah mandingo3519, IAB put a 40-character limit on individual words a few weeks ago to annoy spammers and page-stretchers. Seems a bit pointless to me, and one of the down sides is that now lots of legitimate links in comments get rejected.

My advice: if you want to include a Link and its over 40 characters, use tinyurl.com to make it shorter.

Here is the link mandingo3519 posted, for example:

just wanna point out

"It`s horrifying," said Johnson, who didn`t know about the attack before seeing the video. "He had bruises on his side where she was kicking him. He had a knot on his head, and he had a black eye."

"the alleged incident took place weeks ago, a recently released cell phone video"

his mom didn`t know until seeing the video... she didn`t notice her son coming home like that? then his injuries can`t be that bad

"More than 150,000 teachers reported they were attacked by students in the 2007-2008 school year, according to the National Center for Education Statistics." http://abcnews.go.com/ GMA/Media/houston-teacher-sherri-davis- apologized-videotaped-beating- student/story?id=10649665 (no spaces dunno how to link lol) with that shown i say that it should never go that far ever but with the dangers of being a TEACHER like that than mabey its time to beat the hell out of these parents if that was my kid i would push things to the farthest extent of the law but if i found out he did something wrong the ass beating the teacher gave him would be mild compaired to what i would do

INCIDENT REPORT: Immediately, the student proceeded to bash Miss Smith around the knuckles with his face, then kicked her feet with his ribs, before attempting to make plaster from the ceiling fall on her by head-butting the wall while holding her hand with his neck.

Can`t beat the System :-)

Good, kids are little punk asses these days. The kids in the inner city schools where i live are some little bad asses and could use some of this.

Female 354
Please. That kid was a little punk. Long story short, he was allegedly a little rat who caused a lot of trouble, and the fact he was making fun of a student with special needs set the teacher off the deep end.

I`m usually not one for violence, but I`ve been to school and I`ve known kids like that. And they`re relentless and cruel, and it seems like there`s nothing you can do to stop them. If this is the true story, then I have to say that I think he deserved it.

However, it`s possible that might not be true. Who knows, maybe he was totally innocent.

From the ABC link...

F*cking seriously? Your kid comes home bruised to all hell, with a knot on his head and a black eye, and you don`t even find out what caused it?

That said...

Wow... Just wow... I have no reaction to this video that I can express in words... I hate the world anymore...

it doesnt matter what that kid did or said that teacher was not justified in doing what she did. she shouldnt just be fired she should be in prison for assault.

theres better ways to deal with kids then this and this woman should not be around kids at all.

"From what I could (barely) hear, he was or was going to or tried to hit\attack a girl, and she jumped on saying what sounded like "go on, fight a girl!" probably as in; "You wanna fight a girl, fight me."

If he did attack someone, then good, let him get his ass beat by his teacher. The problem comes when you think: "What if it was all a misunderstanding and he didn`t actually do anything?"

Exactly. I think he was intending to beat someone else up.

I also have a suspicion that he`d done things like that before.

After watching the whole fox coverage of it... man, I`ve never seen a kid so coached by his lawyers. O.o;;

Okay-here`s the story...it was a local story for me. This kid at a charter school was being an ass and the teacher just snapped on him. She definitly handled it the wrong way lol. She got fired from her job, as did another teacher who was an onlooker. This school has alot of fighting issues...it is like a school for under privledged or for kids that have additude/behavoral issues.
