This is the NIN version. The Cash version doesn`t have that horrible dischord after the D which sounds just horrible on an acoustic.
The Johnny Cash version is truley epic though, it`s one of my favourites to play.

It`s the nine inch nails version. The cash version uses the lyrics "crown of thorns". the nine inch nails version uses crown of s***".

I`m pretty sure that that`s supposed to be the Nine Inch Nails version. It doesn`t sound much like the Cash version. Unless it`s just me?

Im never looking at Kermit the same way. I still find the Sesame Street stoner one was funnier.

It would probably be entertaining if half the notes weren`t wrong in a painful way.

This is definitely a nod to the Nine Inch Nails version, not Johnny Cash`s.

I guess all the signs were there in "It`s Not Easy Being Green," but man, Kermit`s life took a nosedive after Muppets Take Manhattan.

The Muppet`s "Bohemian Rhapsody" is much better, funnier, and most importantly, not ancient.

Hey, don`t knock five ants is more than four elephants. Classic 70s swedish craziness.

Scratch less emotional. It`s simpler than the original, but never the less emotional. Trent Riznor adds a level of melancholy and bittersweetness to his song, making it more complex.

And yes, I realise what a colossal douche I sound.

kribbe: If that`s typical of childrens programming in Europe, It`s no wonder things are so screwed up now.

Greece today, Italy next week, Spain & Germany to follow ? It looks like it`s going to get very messy over there.

This Nine inch nails original version. Johnny Cashes cover is different, and less depressing/sad/emotional.

Nine Inch Nails authored the song originally, Johnny Cash made a hit with it changing the lyrics just a little.
