depends on the "geek"
i have such an odd gap in preferences, i like the skinny jean and flippy hair look (in moderation, not an emo kid)
but i also like them athletic :D
why am i still talking? :x

This is a survey of the general female population, not people between 18 and 29, the average IAb age.
Girls dont generally like stubble and hairy chests, but woman do. Im starting to find this a little truer as i get older..

and guys- if you cant grow enough facial hair in one day yet to have a nice sexy stubble, it just looks like a rat stache, all like patchy and stuff. so dont try it to get the ladies, it wont work!
the thing they dont tell you is in their day to day women love the unnshaven geek but they usually go home to the "pretty" jerk or the thug
Yeah, I don`t understand some girls. If you ask a girl what she wants in a guy, she`d say sweet, someone who cares about her feelings, supports her goals, ectect, but then they date these self-absorbed, immature losers who aren`t going anywhere in life and will treat their girlfriend like crap just because they are "cool" or "popular".

Then they complain how men are jerks and they can`t find someone who will treat them well, while in the meantime there are loads of cute and kind guys who get no attention at all.

Eh, more for me I guess ;)

Ninety percent of the people here, including me, are nerds with facial hair, and the girls here are, or have been with a geek.
The whole article describes ourselves.
Basically theyre making us feel good about being sloppy, fat, and weak while making profit out of it.
Besides, who would finance such a poll? 2500 women? thats a lot, if the article is true, but theyre all british, so it doesnt necessarily apply
However, true or not, i dont see one complain about this

Highly disagree on the fat guys. While there is such a thing as too much muscle, I really can`t find a doughy guy hot.

I`m not sure whether or not I agree or disagree...

My boyfriend`s a games programmer, and he does have some mighty beard on him. I hated it for so long because it felt like sand paper - but the beard makes him look old and ruff.

But I also like it when he shaves.

..Hairy beardy?

....Smooth baby?

....Hmn.

1) Bearded - Check
2) Geeky - Check
3) Chesthaired - Big check
4) Loves to read - check
5) Cries at a soppy film - unfortunatly, check

and some of the other things in the top ten are Grey hair, glasses and being a passionate supporter of a sports team, and whilst I don`t have grey hair, I do use glasses and Am a passionate supporter of AIK (swedish team).

But then, i`m not the nicest guy around, so there`s that.

Haha! I married a geeky computer guy with a beard. I don`t quite get the article saying that women are no longer looking for "Mr. Right" because my husband IS my Mr. Right.

Why are these women claiming they way muscly, hairless, emotionless guys (even though they don`t)? I don`t know anyone wants that. Well, except all my gay male friends.

And since when is Mr. Perfect muscly, hairless, emotionless? I always though he was tall, dark, and handsome? I always imagined him as a brooding, stubbly, bad-boy type, not some surfer guy.
