Here is my best guesses...
Fried Stinky Tofu = Fried Bean Curd Tofu
Sheet Iron = Hot single or Single hot
Sheet Iron Move of Fresh = Sun Hing`s(the restaurant`s name) recommended hot single

It`s mis-translated from the Chinese..."sheet iron" should actually be "hot-plate" and refers to either those hot iron plates that sizzling steaks etc are served on, or the hot-plate section of a bbq.

Let`s see if I can translate this:
Stinky Tofu. Well, that`s actually Stinky Tofu, perfect translation. It smells bad but tastes alright.

Sheet Iron means fried in a pan or wok.

Mouth fragrance is describing the taste, aromatic and strong.

Move of fresh? I have no idea...

Mantistador, maybe `sheet iron` is referring to those seamless metal cooking surfaces commonly used at stir fry restaurants?

Of course with Engrish there`s no way to be positive.

I`d steer well clear of the stinky tofu, but pig`s intestine is good stuff. Seriously. I honestly don`t know why we don`t eat colon in this country. Tuuuuuubes...
