No see, that was just a scam. The dad wasn`t Byron Baugh, Sr. He was actually Fred Schwartz but they felt sorry for the kid. So they named him Byron Baugh, Jr. to make people think his father was someone else. Because Fred is actually a big loser. Or he was before he was shot.

A.K.A. Byron Baugh, Sr. (the victim) is Byron Baugh, Jr.`s father.

>>i dont get it<<

They underlined at the bottom that they wouldn`t release the victim`s name. However, at the top, they underlined his son`s name (who is the junior). So, since the junior`s dad would be the senior, they unintentionally relased the victim`s name.
This isn`t Fox News, its Fox news. there`s a difference there, Fox News is a cable "news" network and Fox news is news on a local station owned by the Fox corporation.
Question is, is there any difference on the fail meter?

If they consider you missing, your name and description can be released for potential public recognition. If a body is found, they will reserve publicly stating the name of the deceased until after a relative claims the body.

Seeing Jr`s name is a matter of seeing one story reported on top of the other. Someone may arrive and discover the relation report is wrong.

The screwup is not is reporting the name of the missing infant. It`s in reporting the relationship before the body is claimed.

What it should say is "The body of a man, approximately NN years of age and possibly the father of the now found infant, was found at the scene in Northern Columbus.

Police, who were baffled when the infant`s mother responded: `I ain`t seen nothin` returned the gun registered to her, left at the scene, one round having been discharge..."

I think I could have guessed this was fox news. Fox news leaves behind a fresh trail of stupid wherever it goes, its rather pungent here.

The funny thing is, they aren`t supposed to release the name of a minor without parental consent. So they avoided releasing the names of both parents, when releasing their names would have been more permissible than releasing the name of the boy.

"if he was named after a another male relative he would be the Second, not junior."

It can be whatever the parents want it to be. My brother is named after my dad and he`s not a junior, and my dad`s brother is named after his grandfather and he is a junior.
