I don`t eat at burger joints much, but now I`m wondering about all the other restaurants.

You realize pretty much every single thing you`ve ever touched has been "contaminated by fecal bacteria", right? Unless present in significant quantity (which this infographic handily skips over providing whether it was or not), it`s not an issue at all. You likely get more fecal bacteria when you touch your own bathroom door.
>> We have an immune system for a reason.
Hey, I didn`t say I was concerned about getting sick. I know I won`t get sick. My concern is rather that I don`t want to be ingesting other people`s faecal material. It`s not a health thing, it`s a me-not-eating-other-people`s sh*t thing. I`m a bit OCD that way, call me crazy.
We have an immune system for a reason.
If you know you LOVE that food SO much, without a doubt in your head LOVE it that you`d take McDonald`s over any other real sit-down-be-served restaurant I bet you can`t stay two weeks without it.
To those who will say "Pfft I`ve gone x weeks without it!" Okay, double that time.
By the time you end your last week, I am certain you will not crave the food anymore. As an added challenge, try cutting High Fructose Corn Syrup, MSG/Monosodium Glutamate, and anything you can`t pronounce from your diet. Completely, do not cheat.
When you eat McDonald`s again, you -will- taste the difference.
Agreed. Personally, I don`t see why people would make a big deal about having other people`s sh*t in their pepsi.
And wow... almost 4000 calories a day? That`s quite a lot. With my weight and height, if I sat on my ass all day I`d burn approx. 1900 calories. I don`t, and am actually quite active, and probably eat about 2100 or so. Depending if I eat trail mix or not XD That stuff is delicious, but most definitely calorie filled.
No kidding there is fecal bacteria on the pop dispenser
For some reason, I read "poop dispenser." Haw.
They also take some of the chemicals used in the foods which are also in many many other foods and then list something that is not food that the chemical is also contained in just to make it sound scary or something.
There is a lot of misleading info on this that while correct is still nothing more than an attempt to paint an ugly picture of fast food in general while making you think the facts are there to help you or something.
then you`re doing something wrong....2k, unless you`re just sitting on your ass, is undereating. sure it`ll keep you "skinny" but you`re also slightly malnourished.
"Proof: Experience. One evening at home I drank two glasses of various juiced vegetables and fruit, and I felt full. When I`m at a restaurant, I`ll go through two iced teas AND the meal until I feel full or satisfied."
all you`re proving is that calories make you full...we know this. but its also a mental thing. at home it might`ve taken you 30 minutes to down those 2 drinks while at the restaurant it took you 30 minutes (or less sometimes) to eat that. heck I can eat a snickers and feel full for 3-4 hours or drink 1-2 8oz glasses of V8 (home made) and not feel full
...Isn`t that, you know, all the time?
I HATE fast food and fast food chains with a fiery passion. I quit eating it. It makes me physically sick.
My sentiments exactly.
"contains [chemical], also used in leather stain removers"Yeah, and peanut butter was used in explosives, so we`ll explode if we eat it...
Remember: It`s not how much you put in your stomach, it`s the nutrients that make you full.

anyway, i usually get like the parfaits and salads and poo.
It`s good to be the king.
I think the nuggets are advertised as organic, but I ate them before that ad came on anyway.
Everything can cause cancer and stuff these days.
Only in America.1) We think it`s ok to put toxic materials on our skin, yet know we can`t eat it.2) I honestly don`t think there is any uncontaminated food in America. From genetic engineering, to pesticides, to runoff, and to a lesser extent, whatever is sprayed in the air day-today.
Take a wild guess.
Everything can cause cancer and stuff these days.
One thing is certain about life. You will die.
I know I`M never drinking it again...
I`M A STARVING COLLEGE STUDENT I JUST WANT FOOOOOOD.
I also wonder why A&W is not listed here?
I did. It honestly does taste of cardboard.
