    QFMFT

Have it your way is their motto and they`ll stick to it. Hell, every place does that these days. It`s just how it is. You can ask for a pickle and onion ring sandwich and probably get one.

So while I`m 99% sure you can order all of these things, I`m also about 99% sure that if you walked into Wendy`s and said "I`ll have the Barnyard", you`ll get stared at. Any real "secret" items are probably on the cash register (every meal has it`s own button for retard convenience) and not taken off the menu yet. Next time I go into a place I`m gonna try and get a good peek at it.

Being a vegetarian, I make up stuff at Taco Bell all the time. The trick is to "minus" or "add" ingredients when you order a certain menu item. Like, I`ll order a grilled stuffed burrito minus beef, add rice, add jalapeno sauce. Yum.
However, at any of these places...be prepared to get your order wrong or get a manager to make a specialty item.

Also, the veggie burger sandwich at Burger King already exists, it`s called a BK Veggie and it`s on most menus. I avoid BK all together though, because I think the BK veggie is disgusting (it has water chestnuts in it, ew).

Of all those places, in the UK we only have Burger King, KFC, McDonalds, Subway and Starbucks :(

Also I got the impression that unless you had some established staff member, most staff would just go "huh? what`s that?" if you asked for this stuff.

I wish UK McDonalds did Root Beer :( Root Beer was never that popular over here sadly, so it didn`t take off :(

"vv Come on TR Wolf. Root Beer? Sh*t tastes like Germolene."

Not if you drink the right stuff. Each rootbeer tastes slightly different. It takes time and patience to find your favorite.

I asked about chile at a Chile`s one time, because I realized that, given the name of the restaurant, they didn`t have chile on the menu. The waiter said something like "yeah, I guess it`s weird but we don`t serve chili." So that one seems to be untrue.

I think you`d probably be unsuccessful ordering most of those "secret" items.

"Big Mac with Quarter Pounder Patties - This is great if you are looking to decrease the cost and calories of the classic Big Mac Sandwich. You get the entire flavor with less meat."

The standard Big Mac has two one tenth of a pound patties, ie. 2/10th of a pound, 1/5th of a pound.
Last time I checked, even if they made the Big Mac with one quarter pound patty, 1/4th is bigger than 1/5th. So the description is like Fancy`s comment about baby mammoth a couple of posts up.

However, getting a half pound Big Mac would be pretty cool.

A&W / KFC -- POUTINE? Doubleya tee eff mate? Those are totally on the menus up here! Although I gotta say the A&W Poutine is horribly inferior to the KFC. HOWEVER, the poutine to end ALL poutines is definitely the Costco one.

In case you didn`t know, you can even buy "Poutine" gravy mix at the grocery stores here. Right next to the chicken gravy. It`s oresum.
