LazyMe, shhh don`t say things like that, the sexy Millennial females will think us GenXers are old.
I hate not being in the youngest generation. I`m only 20!

It was really annoying how it kept on asking "How will we manage?" I gave up at 3 minutes.

I really don`t think its acceptable that IAB are basically conning people into watching a five minute commercial

> sometimes it pays to be a subservient "yes man"

Any job that requires that is one you don`t need. You`re selling yourself, and your employer, short of what they`re paying for.

I am surprised by how much I enjoy all of the infographics that are being posted. I don`t usually sit through videos in full, but this would have been way too much info for me to read through in one graphic.

How to deal with it? Easy: Quite hiring profession managers with management degrees from management schools - these clueless humps are USELESS. Promote from within, hire managers who have hands-on with the job, get somebody with a brain instead of putting the stupid guy in charge of the smart guys.

Lionhart`s tips for getting a job:

1. Have a sensible email address.
2. Bypass the 2000 resumes and keep asking to see the top man personally until they agree. Don`t be arrogant about it, just be firm. You will get points for ballsiness and they WILL see you because they say to themselves, this man considers himself above the crowd, so he must have the skills, experience and strength to back up that view.

Start your own business, or join a partnership, never work for someone else.

ZanDragon, i thought about that too but maybe it`s like people who actually use it as opposed to just for signing up for stuff. idk how you calculate that though.
